Estes installed our heating & cooling a little over 2 years ago.
Everytime they have been here checking our system has been great.
Had a problem with the fan and they fixed it quickly.
Always on time with friendly & professional service men.
We are pleased with our system and happy with Estes.
We recommend them to our family and friends.
Everybody there are very friendly & helpful.

Dillon was the technician that came to my house for an inspection and cleaning of my units. He was on time, and communicated when he would arrive prior to arrival. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave me an in depth assessment on the status of my units. He made recommendations on repairs that needed to be done, as well as what the best options were for us due to the age of our current system. At the time of the service, I received a quote for the work that was needed to my system. Dillon definitely went above and beyond explaining what was working well and what wasn’t in our system. He was also very sweet to my dog!

Estes Heating and Air Conditioning are an excellent company. We were hit by lightning over the weekend, and they sent a repairman out quickly. In a short time frame, he was able to get us up and running again. We are very thankful for Estes Heating and Air!

Estes was very professional and handled everything in a timely manner. Erica, Jimmy, Gary, and Justin were very helpful with everything from troubleshooting and explaining the situation, to financing options and a great install. They also cleaned up the area after work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing ac repair/replacing.

The HVAC installation went great. The installers were professional, friendly, and helpful with final setup. They answered all of our questions and followed up for adjustments. We highly recommend their services.

Specialist Jeff Warren came out ! We already knew we needed a new system. So, that's what we did...Jeff helped us with paperwork etc He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even asked if we were okay til they replaced system! We were. This was Tuesday. Their crew came out Wednesday..worked hard all day.
Then finished Thursday! Awesome job! Thank you to everyone.

Jimmy Warren was very patient he answered all of my questions regarding the maintenance agreement he was professional courteous and very helpful he was responsive and on time. He resolved the issue and got the ac up and running. Awesome!!!!!!
