The Ecobee thermostat was problematic for a while not keeping temperature at my settings. Needed new Honeywell thermostat.
Doug, the technician, was professional, curtious, and thorough. Very nice.
I like Doug and his work better than the company.

Just want to say Justin is the best ac tech ever. Very honest very helpful and saved me from a terrible nightmare from day cool. Just because your ac is having trouble doesn’t mean that you should try and con a person into buying a new system. Lol. Thank you Justin for all your great work and help definitely will always use Justin if he is available. Great company if you need ac repair etc. call them you will not regret it

I purchased an A/C unit in 2019 paid over $5k. Contacted them yesterday to explain that I’m having the same issues again. Floors are back damaged in my parents home because something was not properly connected. Contact them 5.11.2022 to explain the issue.

The person that answered the phone was rude and did not care at all. Told me I had to pay $69 for someone to come out. I asked her why she got smart and had a nasty attitude. I requested to speak to a manager. She so called to down my name to have the manager or owner contact me. However, still nothing as of today.

I guess I have to contact another company because this company install a new piece of junk that caused the floors to damage again.

But what I get from the company is they do not care. They just want to take your money.
