Estes Heating & Air Conditioning

One thing is certain, it's become more difficult than ever to get quality service. But Estes still provides quality service and professional courtesy. They took care of my Generac generator problem, even though they didn't install it. I called at least 5 or 6 other local businesses that never followed up as promised.

Estes corrected my AC problem very quickly today....thanks to the tech, CJ, who they sent out....the 1st tech that came out 2 wks ago did not go under and inspect the problem....I had cool air coming from under the trailer...the 1st tech just stuck his head under there and said...
.....yeah you have cool air coming from somewhere....and I just paid him $69 to tell me what I already knew....
So, I called Estes back yesterday and told Tammy what happened and she said she would sent out another tech to take care of it at no charge....and the 2nd tech, CJ, that Estes sent out at no charge, went under and reconnected the flex ducting back to where it connected to my trailer...PROBLEM FIXED...saved me a lot of money....Thank you again, CJ and Estes for the professionalism that you displayed to me.

My family and I have used Estes forever. We had our AC system installed and maintained by Estes and they are always such a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciate Scott Hopkins. He really does go above and beyond to make sure we get taken care, that we understand the issues/maintenance of our unit and he really loves what he does. I will continue to use them in future and you should too!!

Jimmy was the ONLY one who was able to identify the problem and FIX it!!! Several individuals came out but none appeared to be knowledgeable to find the issues! He would get FIVE Stars!! The company as a group, 2 Stars because from the first day they stepped on my property there were issues. Jimmy was Professional therefore the poor rating is NOT for him…

Mr Hopkins did a fabulous job. He was extremely professional and explained everything he did. I highly recommend him and Estes Heating and Air for general maintenance or purchasing a heating and ac unit.

Jeff Warren came out in the middle of our neighborhood party on a Saturday when the air went out. Was back within two days with the repairs needed but in the i between time made sure the house was cool for us. Excellent job Jeff!!

Estest Specialist Jeff Warren was very good at getting my new Bryant air and heating unit installed quickly and the installers did a great job. Highly recommend them.
