My HVAC system died last month. Estes offered me the best deal out of the 3 estimates. Jeff Warren, Estes Sales Rep was super friendly and professional. He referred me to Wells Fargo for financing. The deal was done within minutes. Just as Jeff stated, the installation crew came the next day. The crew were very professional and they made certain not to leave any debris. Dylan was our technician, very professional from the the first. he called 30 minutes before to let me know his arrival time. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did. I hope this is the technician I get on the next service call. Your company will do well if you have more Dylan’s.

I’m so glad I chose Estes heating and Air to get my Unit replaced Erica , Brittney in the office was great to help get everything set up . And Jimmy was very thorough and checked everything and showed me what was bad and his recommendations where great thank all of y’all so much.

Tech Jeff W provided excellent repair today. Friendly quality service. I do want to give a mention to the previous tech who performed the troubleshooting and ordered part. Our A/C system was installed by Estes 8 years ago and we have used them for semi-annual maintenance service since then. Their techs have all been great. Scott Hopkins is one of our favorites - very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We highly recommend Estes Heating and Air.

We had just moved in our new home and the AC drain stopped working. Dillion came and quickly confirmed
that we had a stopped up drain line. He was so personable and professional and also took pictures of the problem in my attic and explained what had happened and how to keep the problem from occurring again. So thankful for his knowledge and the fact he had the issue resolved quickly!

Dillon checked my entire HVAC system and did a wonderful job. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and very personable. He is a great representative of Estes Heating and Air, and I'd love to have him come again when it's time for maintenance in the Fall.

Dillon was so professional, informative and outgoing!! I'm so so happy this one call (and he got here so quick) saved my life. Incredibly affordable and kind☺️ got my AC fixed just from what he was able to tell me about it but the system I have is actually 20 years old so I'm going to finance a new unit soon in the next couple weeks, I don't want anyone else coming to my house I'll request Dillon and won't settle for anyone else now lol seriously. Ask for Dillon! I couldn't believe how affordable the units are, DEFINITELY worth it too!! If they tell me Dillon isn't available I'll just have to tell them I'll wait.. all I can say is if he switches company's I'll follow lol but he mentioned that he's super happy with how he's treated at Estes heating and air so that's good because he was so genuine! Me and my baby (and my elderly dad) have cool air again thanks to Dillon I am SUPER HAPPY!!!
