They replaced our outdated and undersized duct work that was causing condensation in our attic. The techs answered all our questions and explained everything they were doing. The work was professional and looks great. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for hvac work!

Hansen teams are great. Technicians are respectful and know their business. I got a new unit a couple years ago and was impressed with their installation team then. The maintenance check guys were terrific, called before they came and were so nice. The office crew are super efficient as well - even called to remind me it was time for maintenance check and scheduled it .

Always prompt service. Colby has been to house a couple of times and had a helper with him this time and both conducted themselves in a professional & knowledgeable way. We would recommend this company.

Called on Monday. Phillip Quinney was sent out the same day. Of the multiple companies we called, he did the most thorough inspection. He was very concise in his explanation of what was needed and had taken plenty of notes and photos. The price and warranty quoted was fair compared to the other companies and the work being done was actually more comprehensive than what was given by the others.
Aaron and his crew showed up Tuesday and had the old system pulled and the new one I stalled by the time I got home. My wife was working from home all day and said they were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up so well you could not even tell they had done the work unless you looked in the AC closet. Some duct work was still needed and they returned today, Wednesday, and completely rebuilt our attic ducts and again cleaned up so it is impossible to tell that they were here.
Again they were quick, efficient, and professional. I would recommend the whole team to friends and family for their HVAC needs.

Caleb Brooks was the individual that helped us and he’s an employee that you should be proud to have. Super helpful and the patience he showed with my 81 year old father in helping him with the financing side of the transaction has made us Hansen people for life.

I had a great experience with Hansens installing our new furnace! When I first called they were able to send a technician out that day, and Colby did a great job explaining everything and going over all of my options. Once it was decided, they had an entire team out at my house early the next morning and I had heat by lunch time! They were kind, professional, and put me at ease! I highly recommend for any services you may need!

Brandon did an excellent job of cleaning my outside unit and the inside AC Coil. Brandon is an asset to Hansen's. Would highly recommend Hansen's to my friends @Family.
