JW responded within a few hours of my call, on a cold Saturday, to replace an old thermostat and get the heat going again. He took the time to troubleshoot my wiring to get a new programmable installed. I’m happy I called Hansen! Bill I :-)
This is about their technicians since I can't speak for the service. On the 18th of November, one of there service trucks lost a ladder off their vehicle on the I-10 going West. When the car in front of me swerved out of the way, I wasn't able to react in time and it destroyed my front tire and part of my side skirt. Before I could reach the crew that lost it. They grabbed the ladder and drove away even though I was in a ditch trying to wave them down. I'm sure they were in a hurry or otherwise. But I've called the company twice to get assistance. The receptionist told me both times a manager would call me, but after a week I've had no communication. I'm just wanting them to take responsibility for their employees poor choices. This is my daily work vehicle. Edit: As of 14January2023, other then the reply below, the company still has not made any contact with me to resolve or discuss the matter.
Hansen called and scheduled my service appointment and completed the service in a timely and professional manner. Service tech Adam was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Thank you for your great service!
Blake was very professional & did everything possible to assist with my unit! I was very satisfied with the service & will be calling him back to assist with future services..
Their Tech Josh Olshefskie came over fast, explained what was happening to the system and fixed it promptly. Very Professional and informative. Would recommend Josh any time.
