He was very helpful and polite. Didn't mind me asking him 100 questions. He answered everything I asked him with no problem. If I ever need a plumber again I'm definitely calling these guys.

My service guy Cole Mckinney was fantastic and very professional. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. I recommend him to anybody that needs work done. Next time I need help I will definitely be calling for him.

Roger was great! He came in and helped us find the solution to our broken AC, fixed it fast, and then even helped us figure out the location of an unrelated water leak! Very helpful and very nice.

Had to have a 5' section of return air duct replaced that had become holed. Crawled into crawl space and inspected once they'd finish. Looked like a good neat job. I think that the crew that installed the heat pump package unit last November should have discovered the hole in the duct as it was only about 2' from the units return air intake. So was sucking crawl space air into the house for 6 months. Otherwise the install was satisfactory.

Quick return to service and the whole Hansen Team especially Shane Andrews did a fantastic job. In my opinion, Shane and his team met every expectation and more. I will recommend the whole team in the future.
