Brian just left our home to make adjustments to the air dampers. He’s an AWESOME technician and very customer driven. Thank you, Brian, for taking the time to educate us on the issue.

Our service tech, Justin Brannen, did an outstanding job. We didn’t have heat or AC. He was able to figure it out and fix it. He was very professional and courteous. Thank you so much!!!

Ryan and Scott came to perform spring maintenance on the HVAC at my residence. Good job. When finished, I inquired about adding AC to my rental house at another location. They came over to the rental location the same day, inspected it, and gave me an estimate for the cost of the new HVAC unit and explained how the existing duct work can be used by adding insulation on the outside that looks like bubble wrap. They were very professional and seemed genuinely concerned about providing me the most cost effective solution.

We have been longtime customers of Norrell and have always had good experiences. Recently we were concerned with some noises associated with our unit and called to have it checked. Their technician Alex Goodwin came out, helped us determine the source and helped us determine a plan to deal with the issue if it got worse in the future. Thanks to Alex and the Norell staff.

I am writing this review for a friend and current Norrell customer who does not have a Google account. She was very pleased with the technician named Joshua Riles who serviced her home last week. He was on time, answered all of her questions, polite and clean cut. He did a great job and she would be happy for him to continue to service her home. Thank you ~ June Kennedy

The service guys Grady and Sam were very informative and professional. They came in and assessed the issue and repaired the problem. Also, they provided me with a health assessment, which was very helpful. Thanks again for your service.

I can't say more than every experience we've had with them has been pleasant even when we are struggling with no air. They replaced our entire unit and helped with financing, they are quick to service and never try to over sale something to you!

Clayton and Talon were on time and did a great job explaining the status of my system.

Brandon did a really good job in finding my water line leak and repairing it. He also took care of small details that wasn't mentioned. Great service.
