I called Norrell Service Experts to service and repair my HVAC system and the results were more than satisfactory. Justin, Chance and Clayton completed their work in a timely and professional manner. They are a great credit to their company, which I highly recommend.

Justin & Chance were our service technician's yesterday. Very courteous & professional, giving us options on what to do with our thermostat that was misbehaving. As it turned out, our thermostat had actually "fried" from a recent power surge. The guys listened to what features we were looking for in a replacement, picked up the replacement from Lenox, installed unit and then gave us a brief course on how to setup and use its features. Very pleased with the service provided by Norrell.

I had a leak in my hall bathroom. I called Norrell and they were able to get a man out later that day. He (Grady) diagnosed my problem; it needed a new faucet set, rather than a leaky pipe (my thought), and we scheduled a return date to do the actual repair. Brandon & Josh showed up mid-morning to do the repair. They were friendly, professional and had the faucet repaired quickly. I would highly recommend Norrell to anyone looking for competent, professional service repair people! Thanks guys👍

Justin Brannen performed my service. He was very professional and personable. Answered all of my questions. Made sure I understood the services that were performed and recommended future options for my aging system. Accepted unreadiness for recommended changes.

Justin Brannen came to my home for system maintenance. I like that he was on time. Advised me that the AC need a new filter. He did not just thaw away the old one. He showed me the problem with the old one. Washed of the outside AC and vacuum some of the dust off my AC vent.

Would highly recommend. My upstairs was about 80 degrees when I got home. I called around 2:30 and requested the first available appointment. I was told someone would be out between 4-6, and writhing 20 minutes I got a call saying if I was ready someone could head my way. Simon and Ryan showed up and had me up and running again right away. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a speedy and well done repair.

Justin Brannen was wonderful. Took care of everything and more. Customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Even took care of a large snake that showed up during his inspection an advised us of how to deal with future snake problems. He is definitely an asset to your company.
