This company is great. I've done business with them for over 10 years during which they replaced 3 old units for me. Their prices are very competitive, installation is prompt and efficient, and warranty coverage is stellar. The personnel are all courteous and efficient treating your home as you would treat it. To them, you are family not just a pay check.

I don't know what the guy who gave Switz H&A 1 star is smoking. I have used this company for 9 years and they have been better than any other company I've used in the past hands down. The customer service is top notch and so are their prices. The technicians are honest and will explain everything to you as many times as you need. We had a part go out and was 3 wks past it's warranty, but they decided to still honor that warranty. Paid for the labor, $79, but not the $350 part.

This is one of the best and most professional companys I dealt with in a long time. Very courteous people. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family. If they tell you something you can count on it. Lathan is a great guy and knows his business. Thanks for taking care of the a-coil problem on my a.c.unit promptly and professionally. If I ever need any heating or air work done your company will be my first call.

Terrible. The lady lied and said the tech was on his way and he never showed up..Phone goes straight to the voice mail.It's hot as I don't know what in here.One un satisfied customer.
