The new owner of service now came out to repair my ac and I couldn’t of asked for a better contractor. He was professional and knowledgeable of the craft. He fixed my ac for an honest price with no hassle. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with hvac needs. He is a new owner who knows how to run a company.

This company has been out 5 times to fix my AC since May. It is mid August and I have no AC. First visit because it wasn't blowing cool air and they filled it with coolant. Then the same thing happened a week later and they said it was leaking so they added something to stop the leak and more coolant. Within 24 hours my AC stopped working completely. They came out and said it was the motherboard and they would have to order it. Weeks later they came and installed but the technician still couldn't get it to work. He left saying he needed another part. After I complained online, he returned the next day and got it started but there still is no cold air. Now I can't get them on the phone. Find someone else.

Don't waste your time with Switzerland air. I used them to replace both of my AC units over the last 6-7 years. I called them out when one froze up, he said the unit was empty of coolant and needed to be filled. I asked he he would be looking for the leak and was told yes. He left, telling me I was good to go again. Now, one month later, (July) the same unit is frozen again. After three voicemails over two days I got a call back from the owner. He said that standard procedure was to fill the system and walk away first trip. I would have to pay full price for another fill followed by what I was told would be 500-600 hundred dollars of leak checking. I was also told that there was no warranty at all for the work done last month. When I suggested I may need to find another contractor I was hung up on.
EXTREMELY unproffessional and close to the vest on what they are actually doing vs. what you are paying. There are a ton of good HVAC guys out there. Find one that cares. I will be.

Do not waste your time with this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not return calls and do not keep appointments. Had no choice as my warranty company selected them for the job and its been over a month since my AC has been repaired.

Having an identical problem as Ernie. If my warranty company didn't have them as a contractor, I would never deal with this business.

im still trying to just get an update on when my ac repair will be complete, been down since 7/23.it is now 8/17 and cant get anyone to call me back
