Great Experience! On time, professional and friendly. Covered all aspects of maintenance checkup with me. Clayton Scott was the technician that performed the work. Very knowledgeable and through. Clayton Jones was assisting if anything neededrepair or replacement. Mr. Jones was not trying to push for a sale. I think he was more interested in the relationship with Norell than a sale. Have had a service contract with Norrell for a long time. No issues. Would recommend them to anyone. Nice guys.

I 100% recommend this company. They take the time to do the job right and explain any issues or concerns you should know. We have asked personally for Tristan Saxon because he always goes above and beyond for us. Today he had two other employees with him Josh, and Scott. This company only hires the most polite ,and informative employees. We have used this company for so many years I have lost count. If you need your AC unit worked on or just maintenance during the summer or winter months. They are the ones to call. Thank you for hiring the right people to care about their customers. Great job .

Tankless water heater displayed error code and was in standby mode. Master plumber came out that day and addressed the issue and provided pricing for a more efficient solution. Great service!

Tristan and Talon were extremely professional, informative and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our HVAC system is ready for the hot summer months ahead. We called Norrell this morning as we were collecting quotes for an annual wellness check on our very old HVAC system. We are first time owners and just purchased this home last year.
We expected to compare multiple companies and schedule something for sometime in the next few weeks.

However, their inspection and maintenance price was so competitive, and Sue the receptionist was so friendly and knowledgeable that we didn't feel the need to call anywhere else!
They were here same day, within 2 hours of our initial call on a weekend, and we couldn't have asked for better service.

Tristan and Clayton were the techs who came out to our home and they were both so friendly, professional and informative. They talked us through the entire process with information about our home's aging systems as well as tips to keep them running well for as long as possible on our limited budget. They answered all of our questions and were respectful of our home. We are so impressed with everything from our initial call in with Sue, up until the Tristan and Clayton left our house.

We are currently AHS home warranty customers and we went outside of our home warranty for this seasonal inspection initially for the service fee price and the desire to use a local company. We've been thinking of dropping our home warranty, and after the service we received today, we will definitely be cancelling our current home warranty on Monday and signing up for Norrell's $15/month HVAC and plumbing home health plan instead!

Will start off with Alex, the tech that came by last week was very informative about some of the issues regarding the unit.
Today Ryan and Scott came by to assess the issues at hand and found yet another issue regarding my plumbing underneath the house that needs to be addressed. Thanks to Alex and Scott for the cave crawling under the house, and to Ryan for the helpful quotes and paperwork on how to move ahead with getting all this
fixed.

The team that came out today to assess my home's heating system was thorough and very professional. A big thanks to Clayton and Alex for coming out this morning and evaluating how they could best assist us.

Would absolutely recommend Norrell and ask for Jarod. Jarod had a wealth of knowledge for this mama who had no idea what to do about my situation! He set me up with what I needed and explained everything in a way I could actually understand! Honest and hardworking, I will be calling Jarod for any issues in the future!

Justin came to check out our ac unit that was having a condensation problem, he was very professional worked on the unit recommended we add a pump which would clear up the problem and had clear instructions to what we needed to do for future performance if our system. Strongly recommend this tech and company
