Trent and Andrew are rockstars! Very respectful of property. Cleaned up after themselves. They busted their butts all day long and got a big job knocked out.

We have been very pleased with our experience with Norrell. Jarod was very knowledgable and honest about what replacements our HVAC system needed. He was also very friendly and professional throughout the whole process! After our initial estimate, we decided to wait a few months before having work done. Jarod checked in with us periodically throughout the process but in a way that did not make us feel rushed to commit. Once we were ready to have work done, he was able to get a crew to get everything done within a week. Brian, Jeff, and Andrew came out over two days to replace our two existing units and some duct work. They were all punctual, friendly, and respectful! We would highly recommend this company for an HVAC needs.

Justin Brannen showed up on time. updated me to on what he was going to do. Just a routine maintenance check.changed filters and cleaned the condenser and coils great company and quality staff.

Clayton Jones was so knowledgeable and helpful . He explained the products throughly and answered our many questions well. He was also so friendly and personable . We are loving the products and thank him for the wonderful recommendations!

Jarod is knowledgeable and communicated well. He let me know the different options that y’all have and made me feel like I had all the information needed to make a decision.

We appreciate the knowledge Scott, Corey and Simon shared in explaining in depth detail their knowledge of our AC system and the options that are available for service.

I had the pleasure of having Greg & Scott today and they were knowledgeable and very informative about what I needed they showed me in great detail several options that I could take with no pressure provided just insight.

I am member with them over a year . I had good service until yesterday new technician came his name Jose looking for a common code for split ac code is F3 sensor code the guy Jose wasted my time talking on phone to resolve it for one hour no result
Beside had bad attitude the way he talks to customer . He asked for cover charge for something didn't fix at all I refuse to pay cause , first ! I am a member with them paying monthly payment second because of his unprofessional job and didn't know anything about AC .
I had complained to the manager about him . Top of that he is arrogant for no reason
I know if someone arrogants at least must has knowledge about his job .. I did not welcome him and I do not recommend it any customer to have service from him
Company very respectful and helpful but this time was bad luck sent unprofessional .
I did resolve the problem of my unit by checking Google how I can fix that code . It was very easy . Sometimes we must check and read before any problems .and before unprofessional fool us .

Simon and Talon come out and did a great, fast job getting my air back running . Only people that answered on a Saturday.
