    My favorite part the gentleman who came out and did the quote was the gentleman who installed my system. The quoted price was what I paid not a cent more. No pressure sales tactics. Great job 👍🏾

    Scheduled a service call last week for this Tuesday 7/12. Just called me today (7/11) at 4:30 to tell me they need to reschedule for either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Understanding things happen, I was fine until I asked for a specific time on Wednesday. I was told I would be given a call 30 minute call before they would arrive...essentially requiring me to clear a whole other day. Not ok, given I had already cleared my Tuesday. My reasonable request for a specific time was not met so I cancelled altogether. Not interested in doing business with a company who does not value their customer's time.

    Bart came out to help fix and look at our internal unit that had basically flooded our ceiling. He was extremely nice, helped vacuum up the water and insulation and installed a second kill switch if there is another clog all at no charge. He was awesome, and helped remove some of the stress off my plate trying to fix everything.

    I called them over 2 weeks ago to look at our mini split system, which they installed 3 years ago, that was not working. They sent a technician out a few days later, who was very professional, but after he left, he said that the board on the exterior portion of the unit was bad. I was charged $125, offered no solution to the problem. I told them it wasn’t working, I didn’t need to pay someone $125 to confirm that it wasn’t working. I wanted someone who could fix the problem or at best offer a solution with a price. I’m beyond disappointed.

    UPDATE- I spoke with someone today. The unit is still under warranty, but they don’t make it anymore, so they are still trying to locate the missing part. If they can’t find it, they will have to replace the unit. I still think the time frame for a solution is a little extreme. Luckily it’s not mid summer and the room isn’t being used right now.

    My Signature Home was built in 2011. These guys were hired by the builder to install the central heating and air. Fast forward, I’ve had issues with both upstairs and downstairs units. The last guys I hired to come out, they found the issue and that issue goes all the way back to the original install. Parker and Sons used plumbing solder instead of the correct solder. They cut corners and use cheaper materials. I can’t help but think that had they done the job right, my units would have lasted longer.

    We've gotten really good service from Parker & Sons. "Bart" has been to our house twice in the last month or so (working on two different units). The dude is professional, friendly, sharp, and LOCKED ON to fixing your AC. No hard sell to buy a whole new system as some "other companies" are keen to do. This last time, Bart took apart the "other company's" (let's just say one of the major players) previous work and found that they hadn't even installed a required part...they just left it out completely and "called it good." Well, when the "other company" did that work I called them right back and told them it wasn't cooling as well as I knew it should and they totally blew me off. They knew damn well they had left that piston out and still lied to me, claiming it was the "other unit" that wasn't cooling. Well, I won't be calling that "other company" EVER again...Thanks to Parker & Sons my upstairs system pulled down to 70 last night with no problem for the first time in quite some years....I'll stick with Parker from now on and ask for Bart by name...

    Jason just came out tonight because one of my units went out. He did a great job explained everything and as this was after hours I still felt like the rate was extremely fair! This is my third time using them and I would highly recommend!!!

    Pleasant experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I spoke with Kathy twice and she was helpful and efficient. The technician who came out (Bart) was likewise easy to work with and fixed our issue.
