Norrell Service Experts

Our experience with Norrell was a 10/10. Jarod came out and took his time looking at everything and did an excellent job explaining an issues we were having with our system. This was the first time we have felt like someone actually wanted to help us resolve issues and get us squared away! We could not rave any more about the customer service he provided, and the way he represented Norrell!

The screen on our nine year old smart thermostat went blank last night, I called the 24 hour number and a short time later the on-call technician called me back. Since the ac unit was still cooling we scheduled a service call for today. Talon Stocks arrived at the scheduled time and installed a new thermostat, only to find, after much troubleshooting, that the new unit was bad. Talon's service manager promptly delivered another new unit and the system was soon up and cooling.

Despite the frustration of a bad factory unit Talon remained friendly and professional.

We are twenty plus year customers of Norrell Service Experts and have always been happy with the top quality equipment and service they provide and thier exceptional technicians and installers.

I had an issue with my AC and they quickly took care of it on Saturday morning. Tristan was incredibly professional and knowledgeable of the issue at hand. He walked me through the whole process and even showed me where my unit could have some potential issues down the road. They just earned a lifetime customer.

Talon was very helpful and super knowledgeable. I can’t recommend the advantage program enough. Talon was able to diagnose the problem and have our unit running again within an hour. Great service!
