I've had problems with the unit since I bought the house. Unit and house were new when I got them. The cooling and heat have gone out multiple times and they have come to my house to repair my unit each occasion. Everyone has always been kind a knowledgeable. They even came to repair my unit on the weekends. Great service

My duct system was improperly installed by another company. I don't know who installed it previously because I bought a fixer upper. I anticipated something going wrong eventually. The air was blowing out of my trim, and into the walls due to not being sealed properly. Thomas HVAC fixed me right up for a very reasonable price and excellent service. Removed my old unit out of the attic because it was in the way. Plus the more bends there are in the duct, this will diminish air flow. Had to put in new registers with boots because I didn't have boots on mine before. And they couldn't reuse the system because it was not air tight. Overall, they fixed a huge messed up house. And they did a great job helping me make this house more comfortable. Highly recommend if you have doubts about your HVAC system.

Used this company to install a crawlspace dehumidifier two years ago. The unit failed and they replaced it with a new unit. The distributor provided them the wrong unit and Thomas made arrangements to replace it again with the correct model. Very impressed with this outfit. Very customer oriented. Great techs. Customer service reps are top notch. Highly recommend them!

We had our split unit replaced. Lee Hatchett was great when he came to explain everything to me. Tom did a great job on our installation. We are very happy with our purchase and Thomas HVAC has been great to work with.

Great job. Professional, arrived on time. Respectful of my home and pets. Quickly assessed and fixed the problem. Did not have to wait too long for an appointment. Clean and neat - didn't make a mess either! Highly recommend.

Arrived much earlier than appt (yay!), very professional and courteous, very knowledgeable, used shoe covers in house! Got issue diagnosed and resolved and heat back on! I trust these pros!

The company was on-time with a text-ahead notice. The technician was polite and thorough with his analysis and servicing.

I didn’t feel like there was any big push for sales or any unnecessary add-ons. The technician reviewed what he saw and gave recommendations for future maintenance/improvements.

Contacted them due to a leaking HVAC unit, their service tech Travis was out within a few hours and got everything taken care of quickly and professionally
