Just like always, the A/C seems to go out at the end of the hottest days! I called A Plus after 4 o’clock expecting to get an appointment for the next day. To my surprise there was technician at my door within half an hour! He had my A/C fixed in less than 15 minutes! Lee was super pleasant to work with! He even did some maintenance checks and suggested things to make my system last longer! The price was below market and the service was top notch!!! I would have given 6 stars if it would let me!

A Plus Comfort was fantastic to work with and did great job! Initial contact was to do a fall tune-up for my new house (built in 1960's). During inspection of HVAC system, they identified issues that required the system to be replaced, and worked tirelessly with me and the home warranty company to get a replacement for the system. Lee and his assistant took great pride in their work, were efficient and were a pleasure to work with through the entire process. Lisa in the front office was equally wonderful to work with, responding immediately to texts and giving me information to help ensure the home warranty company had what they needed to move the process along. Given how stressful it is to be without heat during a cold snap, I can't say enough good things about A Plus Comfort and their terrific customer service.

I’m 28 weeks pregnant and working from home. Our heat went out over the weekend and since we have a home warranty we are assigned a random Company to come do a service call. After not hearing anything for 48 hours my husband requested a new company. We were blessed to get A Plus Comfort. They quickly responded, made the service call, assessed the problem and made it back to our house with the parts in just a few hours. We now have heat on in our house and thank God we do bc we have a 2 year old coming home from daycare soon and it was getting so cold in the house! Would highly recommend using this company again!

My situation was probably a little different then most. I purchased a home in November 2018 and the Air Conditioner (5 ton split unit) went out in April 2019. Fortunately for me I got a home warranty when I purchased the home which took care of most of the costs. Long story short, I was paired with A+comfort by the warranty company and really did not have any choice in the matter. I am so glad they chose this company because I could not be happier with the service I got. Lee & Ken were the most professional people I have ever dealt with in over 35 years. There are some companies that I would not recommend to change out a light bulb but this is not one of them. I highly recommend this company to take care of any and all your HVAC needs. No, I am not related to them I just got great service which is hard to come by these days. Thanks guys I really appreciate the work you did.

Had heat pump and air handler installed. Great value, fantastic quality, and awesome transparency throughout the whole process. Lee is the best at diagnosis in the area and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Lisa was also very friendly and helpful over the phone for scheduling. Highly recommend!

From the first encounter with the estimate until the installation was complete everything about the technicians were always professional, thorough, and they always cleaned up after themselves. The Mitsubishi ceiling mount systems is so quiet you have to get next to it to make sure it is on. A Plus Comfort was the lowest bidder and the only one out 3 who actually calculated what we needed not some wild guess. So when I saw how professional and technically savvy they were I knew I chose the best Mitsubishi dealer. And they proved me right every step of the way. So if you need HVAC service choose A Plus Comfort.

APlus Comfort is a terrible company who don't honor there warranties. We paid for a new HVAC unit and repeatedly called as the unit was not working correctly. Twice we had no heat when it was in the 20's and 30's. In speaking with one of the owners Lisa Allred she continued to not honor the warranty stating if they came out we would be charged a service call fee. I would never recommend this company to anybody! They are a rip off! We had to hire another company who fixed the thermostat and had to fix a panel that was installed backwards. Brothers Heating and Cooling are a wonderful company.

Very impressed with this company! When our AC went out, I placed a request through my home warranty on a Friday night at 9 PM and received a call from A Plus Comfort at 9:40. I was pleasantly surprised since it was a weekend and I wasn't sure anything would be done until Monday. But they said they had an opening the next day, Saturday! They called ahead of time when they were on their way and were very friendly, found the problem, and fixed it all within a half an hour or so. Thank you, thank you!
