Aire Serv of Huntsville

I want to start by saying our technician Nick was excellent. Our system had some gremlins and he stuck with it till he found the problem. We needed parts which took almost 2 weeks but I will blame that on supply chain issues. Parts are installed and my air conditioner is now working perfectly.

What disappointed me was the lack of communication. We discovered our unit not working Friday night and called the national # on Saturday morning. We heard nothing so I filled out the request for service in the Neighborly app on Sunday morning. We still heard nothing so I called the local # on Tuesday and we made an appointment for Wednesday morning. While we waited on parts I called several times trying to get an update and was told someone would call me back. I never got updates until I called and was told the parts were in (almost 2 weeks). I also did not get a call telling me the technician was on the way so when he showed he had to hunt us down in the back yard.

I have been a Neighborly customer for years and been very happy with Mr Electric, Mr Rooter, and Mr Appliance. I was mostly happy with Aire Serv but hope they will improve their communication for the future.

Dalton did a fantastic job adding the Oxidizing UVC system and surge protector to my HVAC System. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He is extremely courteous, very professional, and has a fantastic personality! Great experience!

We really appreciate Blake coming out and taking a look at our air-conditioning unit before 100° weather days this summer! Blake is very knowledgeable and great at what he does! He was able to accommodate times for them to come back out and clean out our air ducts the next day! He definitely needs a raise! Thank you so much!

I have AireServ come out twice a year to ensure our unit is in good shape. Mark came out, cleaned and repaired our unit and noticed a serious issue with our ductwork underneath the house.
He worked with me to gain an understanding of the issue and different solutions and cost that would work within our budget. Repair services were scheduled and repairs made within a week.
All the technicians were polite and professional and the quality of work was excellent.
I love that they communicate appointment times and information via text so it’s easy to stay current.
We will continue to use them going forward. Always a wonderful experience.

Dalton did a great job explaining everything he did & found while performing our spring/summer maintenance checkup. The dogs are still trying to decide if they are equally impressed.

Paul Arvia did a great job installing a new pad and getting our unit level. He went above and beyond to clean it and make it look good as new. He was professional and good at communicating throughout the process. Thank you, Aire Serv!

We called AireServ first thing in the morning when our A/C was not working properly and Dalton was sent out the same day, within a couple hours. Dalton was very knowledgeable, hard working and was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently.

He was very knowledgeable about the products & services for prevenative maintenance for AC. He was very professional & took time to explain the differences in products. I would use & request him again.

My issues was 8 months ago and I left the review on their fb but I think people on google should also know.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company !!! We had this company out today (10/14/22). As our AC & Heat wouldn’t work. We froze all night. They sent out a repairman who stated our problem needed to be resolved with going through our attic and it would be a 2 person job. That they would HOPEFULLY get to us Monday ( 10/17/22).

I found this to be odd and called Cooper Climate Control who came out immediately! The one person Cole fixed the problem by himself never needed to go through our attic and we have Heat and Air. Problem resolved immediately!

I strongly encourage people to not fall for whatever reason they can’t fix your AC/Heat etc or better yet save your time and stress and just contact Cooper Climate Control ! What one company couldn’t do Cooper Climate Control did !!! Thankfully we can stay in our house tonight and not have to board animals ( ours and the ones I foster ) and rent a Airbnb / hotel etc. Having a medically fragile child we weren’t thrilled with that. I’m so glad we got a second opinion with Cooper Climate Control in North AL was able to come out in 30 minutes and fixed it within 30 minutes.

They don’t have my name because it was under my husbands name and we’ve already spoke to them. Nice try though.

Dustin did a great job of inspecting the system and getting us a quote quickly. Cody did a great job installing the unit. The whole process was very fast and easy.
