The two men did a good job cleaning my dryer vent which was very dirty. They were very polite and professional. I will continue to use Aireserv in the future when i require duct or vent cleaning.

After a terrible experience from another local, yet highly rated HVAC company last year when our upstairs system needed to be replaced, what a pleasure it was to deal with Aire Serv when we decided to replace our downstairs unit this year!

Our sales tech Wes was courteous and professional. He gave us several options and the team provided a quality installation.
The short review would be - from the first phone call to the final installation - These guys showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do - when they said they were going to do it - and for the price they said they would do it at.

In this day and age, thats saying something!

If you are looking for a company that cares about you and the service they provide, then this is the one!! Not often do I leave “glowing reviews” but in this case it’s deserved!! From my first phone call to “Lynn” to the service tech, who arrived on time (Dustin), my experience was outstanding!! Simply put without a lot of adjectives, “They care & they want your business”. Best of all the tech really knew what he was doing and gave me the best service I have ever received on my 3 HVAC units. Search no more… this is just like family!!!

Thank you to Matt and his coworker for coming and cleaning our dryer vents. In the process they saved us money by informing me I was getting our vents cleaned too frequently. They were very helpful and kind.

The Aire Serv team showed up as scheduled and did a great job cleaning out our floor vents. They were very friendly and professional! I can already tell a difference in indoor air quality. Highly recommend!

This large team of people are all amazing and so professional! There are several kinds of services offered, different levels of pricing, and financing options, if needed, which were all explained thoroughly. My 1981 air conditioning unit suddenly broke down last week. One team came today early, cleaned the ventilation ducts, sealed them to remove any leakage, and then a second team came and installed the new inside unit and outside unit. I got level 2 pricing. It also has a UVC Germicidal Unit attachment to kill germs as they circulate through. And they wore protective booties over their shoes, laid down plastic runners to protect my floors, used superior high tech equipment, and left everything cleaner than it was before!

Lynn helped me solve a problem when another company did not include anti-microbial treatment with their duct cleaning. She worked with me to arrive at a solution that provided the anti microbial without requiring me to do the duct cleaning all over again. Much appreciated!

We’ve used Airserv for several years and they are always timely and professional. Dalton conducted our maintenance service today, and he was fantastic.

3/15/23 Paul maintained my HVAC, answered all of my questions and suggested tips to improve the life of my unit. 3/16/23. Paul Installed a surge protector on my HVAC. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great technician!

Mark was very professional, polite, he didn’t waste time, respectful and clean. I would highly recommend this company.
