Our Aire Serv Technician, Owen, did an AWESOME job servicing my Air Conditioner. Owen also went up into the Attic to check all of the Ducts and Vents as well as took several pictures of all of the fixtures he observed. Owen was especially helpful in explaining what he observed and offered some good suggestions as to what my options are for addressing some minor issues.

I have never used Aire Serv before and was somewhat apprehensive about what to expect. I had researched several companies on Angi before selecting Aire Serv as their Customer Ratings were one of the highest. Thankfully, I can say Owen made my first experience with Aire Serv an extremely positive experience. I did choose the Option of taking out the Home Maintenance Plan to have my HVAC Unit serviced twice a year, in the Summer and in the Winter. I plan to request that Owen be the Technician sent to service my Unit when it is time to have the Winter Maintenance performed.

Thanks for taking care of my HVAC Unit today Owen! You are truly an ASSET to Aire Serv and it is my hope that they appreciate your Professionalism as much as I do!

Dalton came out to do our semi-yearly maintenance. We have some issues with one of our units that needs to be addressed which is always not fun to find out. He took pictures of the issue and we discussed next steps. He took the time to let us discuss our options and didn’t rush us to a decision. He was very professional. We appreciate that AirServ has experienced professionals on their team and have not had a bad experience in the many years we have worked with them.

I called AirServ on a weekend in May this year because my AC was out. They charged me to diagnose the issue (issue with drainpipe/drainage). It was not working again this weekend, and I called them to see if they would come out to fix what they didn’t fix the first time. It’s the weekend before 4th of July. it. It’s a hassle. But they insisted on coming the following morning, and it’s super hot and intolerable in my house. It’s entirely too hot to wait until the next morning. I’d have to check into a hotel. They DID NOT offer to come out to our house initially, but they did after I pressed. The communication was frustrating, and I didn’t feel confident that they knew what they were doing. It’s been two months, and I’m experiencing the same issue I’d had when they came to initially fix it in May. I had another guy from a HVAC company called Air Outlook service us, and he fixed the issue so that I don’t have to call him again in two months time. If a company doesn’t actually fix an issue, you should be refunded for that service. They basically took my money for a temporary fix. I would have set up a service plan if we had been warned that the issue was recurring.

Blake T performed the twice-annual regular maintenance inspection as part of our service plan today. His inspection revealed that the UV bulb needed to be replaced and the blower needed to be cleaned. He explained everything and showed photos of our HVAC unit to document its current condition. He answered all my questions before I accepted the offer, then he performed the work. Blake also took the time to hear a concern I had with the flexible duct and make helpful recommendations. I appreciate him sharing his expertise and keeping our HVAC system in excellent running condition.

Super nice guys, hard working group of guys all the way from Chad the service technician, Dustin the home comfort designer, Blake, toney, and Dakota who did the install great company all around!! They came out on the hottest day of the year so far and got my new unit installed!!!
