Paul Arvia, the comfort specialist, was the individual who was assigned to us at the time we contracted with AireServ to replace our broken a/c unit last year. When Ecobee notified us of our necessary checkup recently, Paul came out to ensure the system was continuing to run correctly and efficiently. He answered all of the questions we had. He provided great customer service and demonstrated he is a professional representative of the company. Thanks Paul for all your help and hard work!

Paul Arvin really knows his craft. Had a problem with my HVAC where it stopped heating my house in the winter. AIRESERV sent out Paul within 2 hours of my call and shortly after arriving he had correctly diagnosed the issue and installed a temporary repair until her could get the parts to complete the repair. He was very patient with my questions and explained his troubleshooting process and how he determined what the issue was. He’s coming back today with the replacement parts to finish the job. I would recommend AIRESERV for my HVAC work on the future.
