Aire Serv of Huntsville

I use AireServ for all my heating and cooling needs. They've been out to my place at least 10 times for various jobs. Everyone they send has been kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Also Stacy (and everyone really) at dispatch is great as well. They've been great about working around my schedule. I've been having some wiring issues lately and Paul today was great. He explained the problem in a way I could clearly understand and he described a clear path forward. I feel confident that my issues will be resolved by a competent team.

I had to make an emergency call for my A/C over the weekend. Dalton took care of my system in a timely manner. He was great to work with. If I have any other issues, I hope they send him.

Martin was very helpful with providing me an estimate on what I needed with duct replacement and moving my return and making it bigger to suit my bigger unit. The installers did a great job getting everything completed in a timely fashion and were all nice and pleasant to meet.

Mark did a great job cleaning a very dirty coil. He brought my system back to like-new. His suggestions and professionalism were top notch, and he brought cool air back to my life.

Always great customer service from the office staff to the technicians that come to your home. Never had a bad experience since I’ve been with this company. Left a company to switch to Aire Serv even though my system was under warranty with the other company (reason: other company very unprofessional and delivered bad service). It was worth the switch. Very satisfied customer!

Dalton was friendly, knew what he was doing and honest in describing and showing us our problem with our A/C. He also recommended the maintenance plan, which we purchased in addition to our substantial repair expense! I would want him back if we ever need A/C service in the future!

Paul Arvila quickly identified the component needing replacement in the Heating System, and replaced it as soon as it was available. Took care of other minor matters in the HVAC system right away. Paul explained the all issues thoroughly and courteously.

Excellent scheduling by Lynn and excellent customer service by Dakota! (I may have gotten his name wrong but I got his work ethics correct).Both of them were patient and answered questions and provided costs before performance of services. Thanks again!

I'd like to add the same review for Matt and Max, who did a fine job of cleaning ducts and installing the UV/ozone filter.

Wow! What a quick response and turn around! First hot day of the spring and what do know…upstairs unit goes out! I called just before 5 pm on a Friday, and the technician Dalton was out here by 7pm! Pinpointed the issue right away and was fixed by 7:40pm. So awesome. With two little one yr old twins sleeping upstairs, it was much appreciated. Thank you Dalton and AirServe Huntsville.
