AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We purchased and paid (cash) for a brand new unit for our upstairs in August 2022 (which I believe we were ripped off on but that’s for another time). Ever since then we have had problems with our unit not working correctly. Our upstairs, where our 5 month old baby’s nursery is, becomes blazing hot for days as we wait upon the arrival of a workman to correct the code our unit is throwing. It is ridiculous!! Every few weeks this happens. We have asked and asked for simply what we PAID FOR- a correctly working unit that does not go out every few weeks. Clearly ours is a LEMON. We cannot keep having this happen. It puts our life on hold as we wait on the workman and have to avoid our upstairs (did I mention where my baby’s room is?!!!)
This company will not take you seriously no matter what. They obviously need a lesson in CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, because we could not be more dissatisfied. I would hate for this to happen to another hardworking, honest-paying family. GO ELSEWHERE.

Exactly a week ago today, Sunday 6/4/23, I called to get our unit AC fixed. I agreed to pay their reasonable upcharge for repairing it on the weekend. It happened that the weekend man on call (Blake) lived nearby and was there in about 15 minutes. Very professional, explained what he was doing in plain english. Blake checked the indoor and outdoor components, found the thermostat was defective and in less than an hour and a half I was feeling the temperature dropping. Very pleased with Blake's performance and the way we were treated from the initial phone call to handing over the check at the end.

We had them come out to do a check and maintenance after signing up at the home show. They did find things that needed attention in the A/C, which was nice due to the weather starting to heat up and we had really only used the heat through the winter. They had to come out a few times but were always on time, responsive, professional, and great with our dogs. They always call when they are on the way. Owen was super knowledgeable, very friendly, our dogs loved him, he was respectful, and explained everything very well. He wore shoe protectors and left no mess at all. We liked that we were able to sign up as members to get a percentage off services and have priority scheduling if we have a problem. It is called the Advantage Plan.

Dakota and Blake came out to inspect my air conditioning to make sure it was ready to go for the year. I have not had anybody out since I purchased the house in four years. They did an awesome job. They kept me well-informed during the process and made me feel comfortable with every decision I made.

Regular check ups done since my new A/C install and are always informative. Keep me in the know about my whole HVAC system and what could make my system better. Never to pushy with the products just informative of how they could improve. Keeps conversations in common terms so as not to confuse me. All in all it's always a good experience.
