UPDATE: BIG WIG CALLED AND SAID HE WAS GOING TO REFUND MY MONEY. ALL I'VE GOTTEN WAS A TIN OF COOKIES. NOT COOL! Guy said we had serious freon leak and should just buy a new unit to replace our 4 yr old unit. Got someone else to take a look. $325 later we had the sensor that caused the problem replaced. Talked to Aire Serv manager about the experience and he only offered to send someone else after I had already paid for the emergency call that got nothing done. DO NOT hire these guys! They don't know what they are doing and poor customer service is in GA.

Martin came out to provide the estimate for my hvac system. He was very knowledgeable.

Tony and another gentleman were the installers for the hvac unit. They did a great job and were very courteous. They also worked with my super limited schedule for the install. Thanks so much for that!

Lynn was fantastic and kept in contact with me the entire process. She took customer service to the highest degree for sure. You're a rockstar!

I signed up for the maintenance program to keep my system in good condition.

Everytime I have called, they have all been so pleasant & professional. They helped me repair & replace my mom's old unit. I had to have my unit replaced in my house and Tony, Amy, Danielle, Nick have went out of their way to help me. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my unit.

Dalton came to my house and serviced my HVAC. I've been using Aire Serv since 2018 and am very satisfied with their customer service and technicians. Dalton was awesome and professional.

Dalton was great! He was very thorough and explained everything very clearly. I’m in need of a new system since mine is almost 15 years old. Within an hour someone else was here to help me figure out a game plan. You can’t beat their level of customer service. Little to no BS and honest opinions about your situation.
