Aire Serv of Huntsville

They are okay. But there’s better around.
We used them for maintenance for our hvac.

Two things that made me change.

1). I had a exhaust fan issue in the bathroom. I called them and talked about the issue and asked if they do work like that. They said oh yes! Set appt. The tech came out and said no we don’t do this and charge me $100 to do nothing. Um okay.

2). My compressor went out. It’s still under warranty. They quoted $3,000 for labor and pounds of refrigerant, deep vacuum etc. It seemed very high.

Thank God I shopped around and got other quotes. One of the companies laughed at the airserve quote. Both companies quoted the exact same thing for over 50% less.

Needless to say, I fired this company lol.

The furnace pilot light at my Dad's residence had not been lit and I was unaware until this morning (19 OCT 22). This left me scrambling to find someone to assist but due to the recent cold snap, it seemed like EVERYONE else needed HVAC service too.

I reached out to Amy at Aire Serv of Huntsville. They originally promised a Thursday appointment due to the heavy workload, which I understood and thought completely reasonable.

However, less than an hour later, Amy called and explained they were able to move some things around and wanted to know if a tech could come out this afternoon! Wow.

Josh promptly showed up and in just a few minutes, my Dad's house had the heat restored. Very professional, very courteous, very efficient - DESPITE an obviously long & busy day and faced with working on a heating unit that is older than both of us (literally).

One might ask, "So what, they lit a pilot light, what's the big deal?". Well, for a senior in a cold home and a son without the needed expertise, it is a very big deal indeed.

So the five stars are for a job well done. But the write up is to highlight their wonderful attitudes and work ethic. Frankly, this world could use more of both!

Amy, Josh - thank you! You are each a great credit to your employer and I will not hesitate to call Aire Serv the next time we need help.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Huntsville area needing A/C or Hvac work done ... Customer service was excellent and they all were very friendly and professional ... When it comes to payment they are very fair and reasonable on price and will work with you and help for what you have .. Our tech was named Andrew and I honestly would/will request him whenever I need A/C work done again in the future

Simply the best! This is my second experience with Aire Serv of Huntsville. The cost was reasonable and the technicians were professional patiently answering all my questions.

Chris Jordan (A/C preventative maintenance), Matthew Bunns and Max Wilks (HVAC duct and vent cleaning) exceeded my expectations.

Definitely a satisfied, repeat customer.

Mark was amazing and made sure we understood exactly what we needed and was doing. Amazing job great service!!

Aire Serv was wonderful. They came out same day within 2 or 3 hours of call. They bet 3 estimates and provided wonderful customer service. My new A/C was installed on Saturday and when they came out to do the estimate they left me a unit to use until they were able to come out to complete the work. Thank God I called them and I’ll use them again in the future if I need any work done!
