Thomas HVAC Company

I had a really great experience with Thomas HVAC. We had to replace an HVAC system. One company came out to give me a quote and just seemed really inauthentic. The quote was a little high, but beyond that, I also felt like the guy I was talking to wasn’t leveling with me.

My experience with Thomas was the exact opposite. Austin came out to give me a quote. I found him to be very honest and transparent. That earned my business.

We had some hiccups on installation, but i think it was because my house was older and had an odd HVAC setup. Nevertheless, the company took every available step to insure that the installation met my standards. All of the technicians were extremely professional as well. Eddie G., in particular, really went the extra mile to ensure everything was installed and working properly.

Dealing with HVAC systems can be very stressful. A replacement, like the one we had, costs a lot of money and it’s usually an unanticipated cost. I would recommend calling Thomas HVAC if you find yourself in a similar situation. You’ll be in good hands.

Our AC unit stopped cooling on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to work us in (on a Saturday no less) for a service call. The technician (Chris) was nice & very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (bad capacitor). I felt they were very reasonable and honest. I was very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Thomas HVAC. They sent out their tech, Bob, to fix my AC unit and he did phenomenal. I felt Bob was very honest with me, which is hugely important in an AC repairer. Plus Bob was an all around nice guy to deal with. I feel extremely comfortable with using Thomas HVAC in the future. They treated me right.

My technician Thomas was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything to me, did a very detailed check of my AC system. He provided solutions and gave me an estimate. I highly recommend this company for all you HVAC needs.

We have used Thomas HVAC for the last 5 years, for both maintenance of two units, and also the replacement of one of the units. They have been reliable, and dependable.
This year’s technician, Travis, was very helpful and conscientious. He made sure to put on shoe covers before coming into the house. He also helped to give technical advice about how to best air condition our recently enclosed back patio. Overall good experience.

James Clements, my technician, very quickly diagnosed several issues and identified necessary repair parts. My warranty and service account with Thomas HVAC has been a life saver. I was very pleased with the speed, skill, knowledge, and professionalism of James. I’m genuinely thankful I chose Thomas HVAC as my HVAC company.

Very unprofessional, drama filled and discriminatory. Thomas HVAC has a very high turnover rate. I worked there from February - June 2023 and I know for a fact I saw about 9 people come and go (not including technicians). I acquired serve anxiety during my employment there. There were numerous occasions where I was singled out and harassed about things, literally 2 months after working there someone decided to create a company policy handbook, where I was written up for things like dress code and attendance that didn’t even exist at the start of my employment. There are no training guidelines, you’re just expected to wing it. The management changes rules and procedures daily and you’re just expected to go with it. I was called out in front of other employees and yelled at, also on multiple occasions, never even received an apology.There are consequences for speaking up for yourself. This is the only company that I worked for that doesn’t have an HR department so there is nothing you can do or no one to talk to about the things taking place inside the work place. Over all there are many, many things that I went through but I just wanted to save someone else the time and energy before considering applying for this company.

We are new to this area, and needed to have something installed on our air conditioning unit. We contacted three different businesses. One of them was charging way too much for what we needed done, the other never showed up during the scheduled appointment. I called Thomas and they were able to send someone the very next day. He came during the hours they gave us, called before coming, installed everything properly and professionally, and the price was very fair. After waiting a few weeks on someone else, I wish we had called them first.

Kevin the tech came by and he was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I have a maintenance program with Thomas HVAC and the service is well worth it. Kevin was professional, informative and described everything he did for my my maintenance service. I would recommend this company and this service tech. As a matter of fact I am going to request that Kevin do my maintenance check every time.
