A Plus Comfort

These guys were friendly and did a great job. They explained and demonstrated what was wrong. They cleaned up after themselves. The unit works great.

Update, one year later. My main unit went out. I got four estimates from reputable local companies. A Plus's bid was the lowest, yet featured a 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty, far exceeding other offers. The other offers we're 10%, 40%, and 60% higher with less warranties.
So great, they have good prices. What about the work? Installing the high SEER unit apparently is a complex and time consuming task. They, with proper coordination, started at 5 a.m. (it's August and it's hot). Around 4 that afternoon, they said they may have to finish tomorrow (I had been informed this was a probability).
Unfortunately, my 6.5 month old golden retriever was spayed that day. So I asked them to get the system running before they left for the sake of my hurting puppy. These guys unselfishly worked until 9 that evening to get my system operational (16 straight hours on a hot August day). They did have to come back the next day to finish up some things, but the family, including my awesome pup, were very grateful for the care they show to the family and to our home. This small, South Huntsville based company will continue to be my first call for HVAC needs. Thank you so so very much for your hard work and care for your customers.

Our warranty company sent them out to fix another company's work. They quickly diagnosed the problem and did a great job working with our warranty company. Customer service is outstanding as they regularly communicated what was going on with paperwork among other things. They always came within quoted time frame and were very clean. Always wore booties inside and cleaned as they went along. Their work looks great. Highly recommend.

A-Plus comfort interfaced with my warranty Service Old Republic and installed a new A/C system to replace the old one. The worker worked from 1200 to 2130 to ensure that I had A/C for sleep that evening, and then finished several small issues the next day.
I would recommend them for any A/C heating issues.

The folks at A Plus Comfort are amazing!! We had so many more issues than you could possibly imagine go on with our A/C units this last year and they walked us through it. Bent over backwards to get the job done right and worked with us on cost and getting additional services needed to do the actual install. We will forever be grateful for all they did for us. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Best HVAC company in Huntsville!!!

We are completing renovations of our recently purchased 1962 home. We chose A Plus Comfort to update our HVAC system which included replacing our energy inefficient ductwork with new ductwork and a new air handler unit. The work was done as described by their quote, at the quoted price, according to city HVAC code, and rebuilt to “commercial” grade. There were no price surprises from their original quote or change orders. Lee, the co-owner, took a personal interest in the project, did all the work with an employee, both of whom took great pride in their work. Without a doubt, they were the hardest working and most professional contractors to have worked on our house. We highly recommend them.

After being completely ignored by the first company 2-10 sent out, and the second company being absolutely rude and unprofessional ... 2-10 sent out A - Plus. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lisa, the owner and her husband. So, helpful, so kind and knowledgeable. We will use them from now on, with or without 2-10. Honest and going above what they are paid to do, just because they're good people. Wish there were more company's like that here. - Megan

Very good service so far during the diagnosis phase. Waiting for the next stage (parts replacement). Very good customer service so far.
Edit:
The specialist came and replaced the parts as soon as they received them from the equipment manufacturer. I remember them being very very professional.
It is almost four years since they repaired the unit and no issues since then, I guess it confirms the quality of work carried on was pretty good.

Lee and his team did a fantastic job with our new unit installation. They let us know what to expect, they came on-time, they explained what they were doing and why, and my house is now cool and comfortable. A+ is more than just a name for them!

I had MAJOR issues at my home related to poor air quality and workmanship that another contractor had performed. I thought I was looking at big $$$$$$ to fix my issues. A+ came in and quickly diagnosed and repaired my issues and the affordability was a surprise.

The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they quickly addressed and responded to all of my concerns

Great guys and awesome service. I came home to find out my heating and cooling wasn’t working. Called 2 companies and they both said they couldn’t get to me today,at 2:00 pm on a Tuesday. Called these guys,they were on the way to another job,30 minutes later they arrived,50 minutes later it was fixed,for a awesome price. I would recommend them to anyone.
