My technician was very respectful and attentive to my questions regarding the repairs of my system. The technician was knowledgeable and explained all of the readings that my system was showing. Only thing I wish would be different was if you could schedule an actual time to show up at my house versus just calling 30 minutes prior to the arriving. This could be difficult for people that plan out their days. Fortunately, on the day they did my visit, I was off from work.

Brian was professional, on time, knowledgeable & patient when I had an extremely tight schedule to work around. The install crew were polite, respectful, and expeditious. Called and was told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. Week went by and no call. Thought I could schedule online with their website. Requested Text message as preferred method of contact. Got an email instead saying someone with get back to me to schedule an appointment. Let 4 days go by and nothing. Called again and was told someone would call back to schedule an appointment, again. Asked how long it would be. I was told they don't know and the person that schedules was not available. Priority was given to No Air and other repairs first. I was calling for a Tune-Up so as not to run into an issue in the middle of the summer. Wasn't an emergency just wanted to make an appointment. I guess I am not their target audience? If you cannot even get a window of time in which to make an appointment imagine if you really need them to call you back for service. NO THANK YOU. Called Air Degree and someone answered the phone, made the future appointment right away.
Air unit not working Called Thomas HVAC Thursday. A real person answered the phone! They scheduled an appointment for technician visit the next day early morning. The technician arrived on time, and was able to get my HVAC unit cooling again. Greatly appreciated!
Bob & chase arrived at our home and within a few mins had assessed the issue I was having and gave me a quote and preformed the repair and within an hour had me all fixed up. They also did an overall performance check on my system and said all looked well.
Also gave a quote on some other things if I chose to get done in the near future.

Took multiple photos of the system components to explain what was completed during the service and provided optional services available during the end of service brief. Would not hesitate to use them again or refer to a friend.
