Jake and Kevin are great. They heard my concerns and checked them all out. Thomas HVAC has always been great to do business with. They come out and do our maintenances twice a year and they’ve always gone above and beyond with they service provide.

The people at Thomas HVAC are amazing! Great job with installing mini split units in my shed to house. Very professional and quality work! I highly recommend this company.

Kevin was the maintenance tech that came out and and he was informative helpful knowledgeable professional I can't say enough good things about him I was very impressed matter of fact I'm going to ask and request that he do my maintenance every time.

We bought a house here in Somerville about six months ago and our AC dumped water from the second floor down to our basement. Of course, it's 100+ degrees that week, my wife is pregnant, and the kids were restless! Brian S worked us into their schedule plus helped us navigate the insurance company mess with what happened.

Ryan M, his team, and Jake S. came in and worked literally all day AND THEN SOME, to get our house cooling again. They consistently checked in and updated us on the process. We had Murphy's Law pop up AGAIN with a manufacture defect on the new system. They did not quit until our home was livable again in the Alabama heat.

I can't say enough how courteous, professional, and outstanding this company was from the top to bottom, helping my family in our time of need.

The HVAC system was installed by Thomas in the newly built home I purchased a month ago. There were heat issues even at Walkthrough that was supposed to have been corrected by closing. Was still having heating issues when I called what was supposed to be an emergency number and they put me on the schedule for a week later. The guy that came out fixed the duct work and ordered a strip that was missing, also told me there was no filter in place. Hunter was very professional, knowledgeable and personable, and he fixed the settings on my thermostat. I felt confident he was capable of fixing what the installers failed to do.

The technician, Mr. Thomas Hall, was courteous, friendly, effcient, and thorough. He went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were addtessed and completed. He is a fine example of professionalism representing Thomas HVAC in the most positive way.

Carl came out on Christmas Eve and fixed our heating unit. He explained everything and further educated us about how everything works. Carl was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about our HVAC system. After everything was explained, the repairs were done in a very timely matter with no mess left behind.

Justin and bob got me taken care of after a shady install from another individual. Very professional and knowledgeable in their trade. Would recommend to anyone.
