    Huge thanks to Thomas HVAC Company! Our thermostat lost power after the last blackout on Christmas Eve. My husband troubleshot it as best he could, but could not figure it out. Thomas said they would not be able to get someone out until Friday, but had a tech call to see if he could help. The guy was on vacation in Florida. He was super helpful and walked my husband though a few steps to get it up and running. Came out two days after Christmas to repair the faulty switch, and we’re good to go!

    They replaced our previous mini split unit and found many problems with the way it had been installed 16 years ago. They took their time with correcting the copper wiring, the brackets, and the stability of the entire unit. They could have simply used what was there, but instead, they showed their integrity by correcting the problems. They took the time needed to made it right when it would have been easier to cut corners.

    So far they have been great. Caught some issues early, before I had to pay big bucks for repairs. I recommend them.

    Update 5/7/20:

    Just had them come out for seasonal service. They found an issue with my system and fixed it on the spot. I have never questioned their integrity. Good people, great service. Sign up for the service agreement and have them come out to your house twice a year, you won't regret it.

    Update 5/31/23:

    Noticed a decline in service over the past couple years due to company growth and new hires. Dealt with that, but today I realized I was being way overcharged for a "maintenance plan". $50/mo. is $300/visit. When I called and asked them how much a maintenance visit costs, they tell me $99. Why in the world should I pay for a plan? They didn't argue and cancelled my plan immediately. Feeling ripped off at the moment.
