*EDIT* I just had them service an issue with our A/C unit. They were just as wonderful as the last time I needed services. As of May 26th, 2023 my review below still stands.

I used their website to request same day service via email. Hallie got back to in less than an hour to tell me that she put me on the same day service schedule. She contacted me throughout the day to keep me updated on when a technician would be available. She called me at 3pm to let me know the technician would be at my house in about 30 minutes. In exactly 30 minutes the tech was knocking on my door. He was respectful, knowledgeable and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Amazing service all around and I fully intend on being a repeat customer the next time I have an issue or decided to replace my unit. I can't recommend them enough.

I've been using Thomas for roughly 3 years now, and have a contract for twice-a-year routine maintenance. They've been very responsive to me as a customer.

Never before have I had a tuneup person take the time to show me pictures of the minor issues found. Answered all my questions and gave me estimates for repair if interested. I was excited to learn this stuff and decided to Invest ( it is. 19 yr old system that can last somewhat longer if I do this). Also am getting a whole house air purifier attached to system. Can’t wait for fresh smell for my 80’s home

Ryan and his team with Thomas HVAC did a great job with our duct replacement. They arrived on schedule, worked hard, and were extremely courteous and professional. They took the time to talk through everything with us and answer any questions or concerns that we had. AND they did a great job cleaning up when the job was finished. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.

I had a great experience with Thomas HVAC. The people on the phone were very friendly. The technician Seth that did the work was also friendly and very professional. He explained everything clearly and gave me 3 different options on what all needed to be repaired based on severity. I’ll definitely use them again for future AC work

The staff and service technician are excellent. They explained my service needs clearly and I knew what my charges were going to be when finished.

The technicians installed a mini split HVAC unit in my upstairs bonus room. I had two estimates done on the same brand of unit, and they gave me the best deal by far! Due to the extreme temperatures, I'm sure it was not pleasant working in the attic but they were friendly and did a great job. I'm really glad we used Thomas HVAC.

Our system quit last Saturday night. We called our regular technician and he was out of town, he recommended Thomas HVAC. They sent out Brad who did a fantastic job of getting the old system to run and keep us cool until our new system was installed Thursday!!! The installation crew were excellent also. They arrived on time and finished the job in one day!!! I highly recommend this company!!
