Thomas HVAC Company

I've used Thomas HVAC at home for a few years, so when a situation arose at work, I didn't hesitate to call for their commercial services. Exemplary service, clear communication, reasonable rates, thorough work... everything I have come to expect from them. They even pointed out some things that needed attention that our regular contract company had not been fulfilling. Thomas HVAC did not disappoint, and I will be using them again.

I wouldn't recommend their representative named Brian. He's a rip-off artist. And not a very good one. He quoted me a price, then charged me an extra 500.00 that wasn't added to the bill for the finance company. So he pocketed my money. And is acting as though he was right in his actions. He claims it was a deposit. Who charges a deposit, when they're using the company's own finance system? I personally believe it was racially motivated. Because my white neighbor didn't have to pay a deposit.
And he wasn't treated this terrible. His crew wasn't very clean or thorough in the way they left my property looking. Not to mention, using my refrigerator in my garage as their personal lunch box, without ever asking permission to do so. If you hire these people, please keep a watchful eye over them. Or you'll find yourself having to lean on your Legal team and the BBB to help you. God bless you in your choice.

Thomas HVAC declined the work to repair the shotty work of another contractor due to liability issues on a new install.

Thomas HVAC sets the bar when dealing with HVAC companies. They are very responsive and have the most polite people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Joshua Boshaw is the technician that came out to do both my HVAC diagnosis and repair. He was very polite, courteous and very professional. Not only did he get us back up and running, he walked me through the entire process and kept me in the loop whenever he was going to execute another task within the process. Thank you so much for the professionalism and great quality of work. Highly recommended.
