On time, fast, friendly, helpful. I picked the guy’s (Chris) brain for tips, and he happily answered. Even though my unit is brand new, less than six months old, he found a couple of tiny things that needed tweaking to ensure longevity of the unit. Def worth $50. 10 out of 10. It doesn’t get better than that.
They installed this system on a new build. Had some cooling issues after 2 months. They came out right away and fixed the problem under the warranty. Issue was not on them but clogged drain from construction material. Very happy with their service. Will most likely go with them for my annual HVAC servicing. Robert the tech was great and explained what he was doing as I walked with him.
Travis from Thomas HVAC came out to service my A/C unit. He found some problems with it and promptly repaired them since he had the parts with him. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. He also gave me options for long term repairs that my A/C might need in the future.
I was pleased with the service I received. My only problem was I called for this service six weeks ago and was told they were busy and would get to me when they hey could. Thank goodness the weather was cool and I didn’t need A/C.
Thomas HVAC was on time and did the job we were told they would do. Also told us that the water pressure to out home was too high, and that could cause a problem. They recommended we call a plumber. We did and the pressure was adjusted. Great advice from Thomas HVAC.
I needed a whole new HVAC system and the service i was using prior to Thomas HVAC was quoting me a high price for low quality replacement. I wanted higher quality but not feel like i'm over paying. Talked with Brian from Thomas HVAC and was impressed how competitive their pricing was and also told me about good tax credit qualified units for this year which was a huge win all around. Bang for your Buck especially when investing in better quality units. They were punctual and professional and made sure the job was done before they left. Very pleased with their service.
The technician was helpful. He helped teach me how the system works and didn’t get annoyed at all my questions. He was also clear on what he could or could not determine based on what he could observe. He was thorough. I would use this company again. I am happy I called them.
We were having a bad leak from our hvac unit affecting the flooring in our business and Brittany was so quick to get a technician out that same evening to diagnose and find a resolution to the problem. It was after hours and Thomas came and fixed the issue promptly. He was very efficient and educated on the system. The immediate issue was fixed and advised us on another problem with our unit that needed attention to avoid ongoing problems.. Brittany was very prompt and professional in getting the part’s ordered and sending their technician, Justin, out a few days later to fix the remaining problem. Justin was at our business on time, was professional and very knowledgeable in repairing the unit. I highly recommend Thomas HVAC for repairs on your unit.
The purpose of the visit by Thomas HVAC was to diagnose an issue with my ducts and venting system. Both techs were timely and responsive. Answered my question and confirmed the cause of my issue after going through two separate vendors provided by warranty company. Therefore, I paid for diagnosis outside of home warranty insurance. Thomas HVAC also did a great job of keeping me informed of technician arrival. I would 100% have them complete work on my home.
I was searching for a HVAC Company to service my unit and came across Thomas HVAC. They informed me of their spring service package, scheduled me according to the best time for my schedule. The day before my appointment I received notification’s from multiple platforms (phone, email, text message) regarding the appointment. The morning of my appointment I received a call letting me know their technician was on his way. Once on site the technician performed a very thorough inspection of all components and advised me of a couple things. I’m very pleased with the professionalism this company offers, and I will most certainly continue to use Thomas HVAC for all needs in the future
I called as soon as I saw this post. I’ve had issue with my unit for a year and the same issue confirm happen. Chase R. came in and saw the issue within 5 minutes! He then fixed everything in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
