Tony was our technician and he was on-time. very professional and knowledgable.

Andrew was the person who came and did the estimate and he was very professional and honest. Other estimates I had received were 1000's over Andrew's. I suspect some people see a single woman and think they don't know what they are supposed to pay for things. The estimate Andrew gave me was almost exactly what I was expecting to pay after doing a lot of research. Brad and Forrest were the technicians that came to my home. They were prompt, courteous and did excellent work. Brad took the time to explain the new type of furnace filter I needed and how often I needed to replace it. He also pointed out that my dryer ventilation system wasn't up to code and how it could effect the furnace filter (needs to be changed a little more often because of the extra dust the dryer vent is making), but didn't make it a high pressure sale situation. I will be calling on Monday to set up an appointment to get that fixed. This company will be the only one I use for HVAC needs!

Leo did our install today and he was on time, courteous, professional and worked hard. RG was fast to respond and even faster to get our install scheduled within 1.5 days when our AC unit went out. Very pleased with the overall communication, fair prices, and service! I highly recommend them!
