Andrew was our contact person. He gave us an estimate back in May when we were just starting to look into replacing our 20 year old system. Last week it appeared that our furnace wasn't working. I promptly received an updated proposal. I was able to get the system running but we decided to schedule replacement and they were able to get installed 3 days later. Very easy to work with and very flexible and no pressure on us to get it done. Most importantly, he didn't suggest options we really didn't need like some other companies did.

My entire experience with them was excellent, the estimate person was extremely knowledgable and professional, the ordering process was great, they answered all of my questions and gave me the best options for my home, send invoices by email, and the installers were amazing, Trent and Travis did an excellent job, I was extremely impressed by their work, very clean, tidy, and flawless -- it looks phenomenal, they went all out to make sure I was satisfied, the Trane furnace is absolutely amazing, the house is a toasty warm and the system is super quiet. The best part of all, we got the whole process done in only 2 days. Their pricing was very competitive. I chose them because it was obvious that they really knew what they were doing, everything would be up to code, and no shortcuts would be taken, and they performed better than I expected, plus they were all friendly and had great personalities. Big ups to RG!
