The day before Thanksgiving our furnace died, RG came out quickly to diagnose the issue. Brandon worked hard to get us a fast quote and took a lot of time answering all of our questions. Because of the holiday they could not install until 8 am yesterday (Monday).

At 8am sharp Nick and Luke showed up with all the equipment and went right to work. They answered all our questions were very clean, professional and had the old furnace out and the new system running by 2pm. So far so good, we can already feel the improvements Brandon suggested. Great work all around We would recommend RG To anyone.

Not only was I called immediately during after hours when I placed my request, but we had a repairman there within the hour (again, after hours), and when it couldn’t be repaired I had a call by 7:00 am to set up a replacement unit installation for us. By noon we had a warm house again!

In all situations I felt like I was being spoken to like a team member and not just a “buyer” or a “customer”. I was spoken to and conversed with as if we were on a shared mission to get heat in the house again, not just like I was a ‘paying customer’. They treated me the way I would expect to treat a loved neighbor that gets hit with some bad luck and needs a hand fixing something.

All in all, I got more than I paid for - which is saying a lot when we replaced the whole furnace! THANK YOU, team, for making this nightmare an ultimately rewarding experience!

I am just like everyone else, I do not like to call for repairs. It's usually stressful and expensive. When I called RG the lady that answered was friendly and kind. They squeezed me into an already packed schedule to ensure I would have heat for the weekend. The technician was so nice, kind and pleasant. When I rec the invoice, less than anticipated!!!!! Yay! I was extremely impressed with the professionalisam and kindness from this company and I'll always use RG in the future.
