A/C stopped working on a very hot day. RG was able to get a tech over within a few hours. Joe was prompt, very professional, and quickly resolved our issue. Would definitely use this company again.

The young man who came to service both units was on time, very considerate of the weather conditions and put shoe covers on immediately upon entry. He worked efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process. The rain did not deter him from cleaning the coil on our ac and he was very pleasant!! Lol- he even told me which way the arrow goes on the filters. Have I been placing them the wrong way? Absolutely - but not anymore!!! Love this company- highly recommend

I called RG Heating and Air for A/C replacement estimate. Alex made arrangements to stop by. He gave a thorough estimate, taking the time to sit down to review and answer any questions. Very responsive back and forth via email to nail down the particulars and scheduling. Installers were awesome and asked if they were unsure about anything like drilling new holes. The work they did was top notch and looks great. Thanks so much!

Everything in my experience was above par, from setting up my appointment until the tech left my house. The tech explained the issues with my heating system, repaired it quickly and told me how to prevent it in the future. I'll call them for that maintenance.

Rg heating and cooling stopped out the day I called. Alex “salesman”wasn’t pushy and gave me an honest opinion on my needs for my house. Brad and Forrest “installers” were great to work with. Had a tough install with some extras needed. Brad took the time and listened to my concerns. He went the extra mile and made all my concerns happen. From start to finish very professional job. The crew came on time. They quickly installed our air conditioning mini splits. They need to be in our attic and basement and several rooms of our house. All three were polite and friendly. Cleaned up afterwards. Alex who did the estimate for the work was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Always respinding to any questions I had. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend RG!
