Brittany and the group are amazing! They respond on the chat from the online link, even on weekends! I really appreciate the guidance, speed and quality of work! The techs are always friendly as well. Especially the young guy that came out today. They were helpful even with filing a UHP home warranty claim for me! Now that’s SERVICE. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t say better things about our experience with RG heating and air conditioning. Our AC went out during hot weather and poor air quality from Canada fires. We replaced our furnace at the same time since it was 23 years old. I’m days away from delivery our second child and they swooped in and gave us great service and a great quote (we got 3 quotes and theirs was the best by far). Install was quick and they are knowledgeable.

I had an issue with my central AC unit and submitted a contact form on Sunday, thinking I'd hear from them the next day. Nope! I was contacted right away and a tech appointment was set for the next day. Turns out the tech was running ahead of schedule, so my issue was taken care of much sooner than expected! The tech was very polite and professional, and answered all my questions without judgement. A+ service at a very fair price!

I had a mini split system installed. The crew came on time. They made sure everything was properly done. I enjoyed working with this crew, they were very polite and answered all my questions. I will enjoy my mini split for years to come. The staff including the crew, sales person, customer service were all great at RG. Would recommend this company.

These guys were awesome! Super knowledgeable and friendly while still being professional. I received a quote about a month ago and today I have a whole new mini split system installed! Definitely the best price around as well. THANK YOU!!

Selling a house is stressful. It’s even more stressful when you have to replace a furnace! Our family cannot thank RG enough for their responsiveness and professionalism in getting us everything we needed for the replacement AND under budget. It was less than 24 hours from the time we accepted the quote to the time the unit was being installed. The same day we accepted the quote, they were out within hours to take measurements and made recommendations that we trusted and added on for increased efficiency. We HIGHLY recommended RG and are so happy with their service.

In Nov 2019 RG Heating replaced our Boiler with a new boiler.
We priced it out with a few different companies and RG Heating came in with a competitive rate and we decided to go with them.
2 year later we had them come in Oct '22 to do a maintenance check and asked them to diagnose why the boiler was rattling when the heater would start up. We were charged $144 for the service and we paid it, no problem. The tech didn't hear the noise so nothing was followed up on.
In November '22 I had them come back because the noise persisted. They did hear the noise this time. We had sent them a video of the noise and invoiced us for coming out (Fee of $95). A separate diagnostic fee ($33) and of course sent us a quote for replacing the gas valve which was over $700, this didn't seem like a competitive price along with the additional fees, given they had just come out and serviced the unit, not to mention they were the ones who installed it 2 years earlier. They said it was no longer under warranty. Ok fine I'll pay the replacement cost of $700 even though it seemed a bit high but the fees seemed over the top especially given that I had asked them to diagnose the problem earlier. I know some of the other heating and cooling companies like to charge all these fees which I understand if we hadn't just paid them to come out. I asked them to waive the service fee for coming out ($95) but the only thing they were willing to waive was the diagnostic fee. I didn't think it was fair so I found another Heating and Cooling company to come out and change my gas valve, which cost less than $700. There should be more transparency on parts and labor with all heating and cooling companies. The company I did end up using was very transparent and had no problem sharing the cost of parts. Repairing your heating system is going to cost you but these companies should be fair and transparent with their costs and fees. Truth is RG is pretty competitive with some of the others but still wouldn't it be nice to have the HVAC companies encourage loyalty by encouraging their clients to use them for yearly maintenance and loyalty rather than charging multiple service fees.

Folks from RG were great. Our AC went out and after another company diagnosed it and we determined we needed a new unit, RG stepped in with a super quick response, a great price and same day installation. I could not have asked for anything better. For reference, the company that did the service call/diagnosis were nearly double the cost I got from RG on a new Trane AC.

Our a/c capacitor went out sometime yesterday evening. We have a home warranty, so I put in a non-emergency claim around 8 p.m. I received a confirmation email at 8:19 a.m. this morning from the warranty company (they open at 8 a.m.). RG Heating and Air called at 8:22 and said they would have someone out between 10 and 12 today. They had it fixed by a few minutes after 10. I’m so happy and thankful they were so fast as it’s supposed to be a hot one today! Truly amazing!

RG was phenomenal setting up our Air Conditioning! Initially Alex came out to the house and advised us our best options given we have a hot water system. The guys who did the installation were obviously experts at what they do, professional and thorough. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly answered. We are so happy with the outcome and can’t wait for the hot weather to enjoy our air conditioned home without fans and window units. The price was worth every penny but RG gave us several discounts plus the rebate from We Energy that makes this a real sweet deal! Don’t pass by RG Heating and Air Conditioning, you won’t regret it!
