Furnace stopped on coldest day of the year. Called and tech was able to come earlier than anticipated. Diagnosed and repaired problem quickly. Great service!

Same day service was so helpful during the coldest stretch of the winter so far. The company dispatcher even suggested a possible solution to try before sending someone out, in case it would save us time and money. It didn't, but it was a nice suggestion. We were happy to be able to get an appointment that same day for technicians to come out and repair our furnace. Polite, helpful, and efficient. We appreciated the safety measures as well. I called a couple HVAC companies to compare price and timeline for install. RG Heating & Air came in with the best price and could install the next day!! We had Ryan and Taylor do the install and they were early, clean, fast and professional! It's just really hard to find people who care these days and every interaction from the initial inquiry to the install was amazing. Andrew M. was the sales person and he sold me exactly what I needed. He was not high pressure and he explained the entire process perfectly. I just appreciate everything about this company!

Everything went as expected and everyone we worked with was professional and extremely helpful. We are grateful for their service and promptness to get our install complete in the fastest safest way possible. Installing the AC in a downpour in rain could not be easy but they made it look like it was.

Thermostat provided was not internet connected and has a feature that wastes gas due to it bringing the temperature up in the morning before it needs to.

The vendor responded very quickly and quickly deducted the problem. The vendor did not discuss the features of the thermostat until after it was installed otherwise I would have asked for a different thermostat.

My A/C unit quit working after this last heat wave and I called on a Friday morning to try and get in before the next one starting Monday (I had called multiple other businesses prior - no luck). Not only did they have an opening, they even fit me in earlier in the day with a last minute cancellation! Joe was super nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Will make them my first call next time! 10/10 recommend!

Heating unit not performing as normal came out after hours, hour into checking over everything and diagnostic, had everything up and running reasonably priced

Did not fix the problem I was having with my AC of low air flow. Still having the same issue after they came to fix.
