Interactions with both the person on the phone and the maintenance person were both great! Before sending out a tech, I was walked through some simple troubleshooting steps over the phone. The tech came out the very next morning and fixed the issue and was very friendly.

He was courteous of our space and did a great job of explaining steps along the way of the installation process. He also took time to go over some of the new features of the furnace and helped install our new thermostat. He was exceptional. RG replaced my furnace in 6 hours. The installers were great and helped me understand the new thermostat. They laid down plastic on my carpet and stairs to keep my floors clean. RG is a Trane dealer which is the brand I wanted but I am very pleased as well with their customer service and technical support.
