We’ve had this company replace both our AC and furnace in the past year. They’ve been phenomenal, honest, and fast. They clean up after themselves - it’s like they were never there when they’re finished. Have had no problems with the new installations.

My furnace needed to be replaced during a cold snap and I quickly got several quotes, one of which was from Greiber. They were fast, friendly, responsive, respectful, and were only interested in selling me what I wanted and needed, unlike their competition who tried to push me into replacing things that were not necessary. Their prices could not be beat after numerous comparisons. They are a long-standing, reputable, family-run business and they take pride in their work. I would use them again and have already recommended them to others.

We had a great experience with Greiber Heating and Sheet Metal installing our new Carrier Furnace and A/C. They installed both units in less than one day and Devon even took the time to set-up the Wi-Fi app on my phone. I highly recommend Greiber Heating & Sheet Metal. They came to fix our furnace, that is under warranty and installed by another company, who told me they could not get the part for 3 weeks (in November) and told me to call someone else and fortunately, I called Greiber. Greiber was able to order the part and install in less than a week! They were courteous, timely, and VERY professional. They fixed the other company's original mistake when they first installed our furnace. All my business is going to Greiber from now on and everyone else should work with them too!!!

Within the hour they delivered space heaters to keep my house warm until the install could be done. I received a very detailed proposal of options for a new furnace and AC. Greiber installed our furnace and air conditioning when our home was build 19 years ago. Recently, we noticed the pipes had ice forming on them. We immediately called Greiber and they came out the next day. The air conditioning needed to be replaced. Due to the fact that the furnace was the same age, we decided it best to do both. Within days we received suggested options along with costs, and confirming that the costs were extremely reasonable, we made our decision. Within a week, we were notified the furnace and air conditioner had arrived and they could be installed the next day. It was the hottest week of July, and the installation was complete in less then 7 hours. They were careful by coming directly into the basement from the lower level, they wore masks and made sure to clean the area spotlessly, before they left. We would highly recommend Greiber for their professionalism, quality of work, and their attention to detail and our health and safety, during this pandemic.

We wanted to re-zone our venting because one side of the house got so much more heat than the other. The people at Greiber walked us through our options and once we decided on a plan, they did a great job. They were quick and cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely recommend them.

The Greibers gave us a list of options for a furnace and air conditioner to choose from. All specifications, rebates and prices were spelled out in great detail. The few questions we had were answered promptly and completely. The installation staff was very professional, knowledgeable and left our basement very clean when they were finished. We installed a smart thermostat as well and Devon even helped me set up the program on my cell phone and laptop. The smart thermostat allows our furnace and air conditioner to function in ways they couldn't prior to this technology. Gotta get one! Karen even completed all the rebate documents and is processing those for us. Greiber Heating & Sheet Metal has been servicing our HVAC needs for over 30 years and always continues to impress us with their professionalism, knowledge and service detail. They give 110% each and every time!!!
