Last week, Pharo Heating and Cooling installed a new Bryant furnace for us to replace a 15 year old furnace that needed a major repair. We decided to replace it with a new one instead of repairing it. We got quotes from three different contractors and Pharo offered the best overall value considering total cost, product quality, product warranty, and labor warranty. The furnace is a high efficiency model with a two stage gas burner and variable speed blower.

On the day of the scheduled installation, the two technicians, Ryan and Ryan, showed up on time and had the old furnace removed and the new one installed, tested, and functional in about four hours. They also installed a new thermostat that was more modern and simpler to use. They left everything spotless and no additional cleanup was required after they left. Today the local inspector checked everything over and said the job was professional with no issues.

Since the installation, we already received an email confirmation from Bryant with our warranty information which means that Pharo properly took care of the product registration for us.

We called Pharo based on a recommendation from a friend and we are glad we did. We will recommend them to others as well. We will call them in the future when it is time to eventually replace our central AC.

Ryan, Ryan, and Jeff were top notch when installing a whole new system. The owner, Clint came and did the initial assessment and let us know what we needed for our system. Ryan, Ryan, and Jeff showed promptly on day of install and only took a few hours to replace our furnace, A/C and all the accoutrements. They were super clean and knowledgeable of the system and it's been running beautifully since. I highly recommend this family owned company.

They are very fair on the prices charged for existing home work and I love the ERV & humidifier that they installed in my current home. Clint is responsive on emails and the Bryant equipment is top notch. I couldn't recommend a local HVAC vendor more!

I had a home warranty furnace claim. The first company I was told to contact, RA Heating, was too busy to call me back for an appt., so requested another company and got Pharo. Rob called ahead to say he was running late which I appreciated. He was terrific: explained what and how he found with the furnace & checked the A/C also and answered questions about it. He was just the right amount of friendly and professional. I was very pleased.

We got multiple quotes from vendors in the area, and Pharo was by far the most reasonably priced for the systems we needed. Ryan and Ryan, our technicians, were both great, professional, on time, and finished the job in a timely manner. They also printed and filled out the paperwork we needed for our energy rebate, which I appreciated. We would definitely use Pharo again for heating and cooling needs in the future.

Jeff and Ken were friendly, professional and punctual. They did a great job and made this experience easy and seamless. I have an in home business and I was working during the installation process. During this time they made an effort to keep the noise down and even cleaned up before leaving.
The office staff I worked with (Nancy, Clint and the receptionist) were very accommodating and friendly. They made an effort to really help me understand what I needed and walked me through everything. They were wonderful with communicating next steps both through calls and emails.
The initial tech was also great and very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong with my previous furnace and what the next steps were.
