The bid was fair and competitive. I liked Clint Pharo right off. He didn't seem rushed when he came to bid the project (replace both furnace and central air). He was very patient answering my questions and making helpful suggestions.
The installers, Jeff and Cody arrived punctually and got right to work. They were both very polite and professional. They had a couple of other guys who arrived to help with some of the heavy lifting, I suppose. The point being, they were "all over it."
These guys clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
I have a beautiful new furnace and AC unit and they left the work area absolutely immaculate.
It is without hesitation that I recommend you have Pharo bid your project.

Technicians Ryan and Ken - were on time, explained what they were going to do, removed all old pieces and then walked me through use of new thermostat and preventative maintenance for new furnace. Both were polite, professional and cordial. Wonderful job and a great value for both AC and furnace.

The two technicians that worked at my house were Jeff and Ryan. They were prompt, courteous and overall very professional. Very willing to answer any questions, very respectful of my space . Everything was clean and picked up after they left.

I finally got a/c installed in my house after shopping around at local HVAC shops. Several of the shops were late, rude, or tried to sell me stuff I didn't need. Pharo was the one place that was consistently professional and prompt from the start, completely different from my experiences with other shops. Jeff H. and Cody P. were the techs who installed the unit, and they were professional, arrived when they said they would, and even thoroughly cleaned up after the install. Nice! This sort of superb customer service is tough to get used to, but I'll try.

Ryan and Chad installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home today. They were patient to answer all my questions and did and excellent job installing everything. When they left, everything was cleaned up, tested and working properly. We would encourage anyone to have this type of work done by Pharo.
