Ryan & Jeff worked on the installation of our new Bryant AC and Bryant Heating units. Both of them were professional, friendly, and worked quickly with a job well done! We love our new AC and thermostat and will likely feel the same about the furnace when using that this fall/winter. Pharo Heating and Cooling has been our go to for past issues with our old units and we have always been very satisfied with them. So when it came time to buy new units, of course we went with them. Their pricing is good and they are all great to work with. We highly recommend them!

Ryan and Ryan were both wonderful service providers for our furnace installation, booking the job was quick and easy with a prompt and itemized quote. Installation happened soon after our quote request. Both gentlemen were friendly, respectful, and informative. Can’t say enough hood things about Pharo Heating & Cooling.

Pharo removed an old AC unit and installed a new AC unit in a different location. From the appointment for the estimate to the completion of the job, everyone was on time for appointments, professional and very responsive. Our 2 technicians, Jeff and Ryan, arrived on time and worked quickly. We were surprised at how quickly they got the job done. We would not hesitate to use Pharo again.

It was 4am when my Carbon Monoxide alarms went off---by 12:30pm that same day Dennis and Ken had a new (and safe) furnace installed in my home! I can't commend Ken/Dennis and the rest of Pharo's staff enough; they took our morning from kinda scary to much much better in just a few short hours and they made sure we didn't have to spend the night in the cold! 10/10 would recommend!

My husband I were in desperate need of a new a/c unit, it was summer and ours died on us. We sought out 2 other estimates and Pharo was the third. Clint came back with a dollar amount that was $4-$4,000 less! I called him back to be sure his estimate was not made in error. It was not and we hired Pharo. The trick is, this company is awesome! They were prompt with scheduling the install. The two gentleman that came to work, Ryan & Ryan were awesome! Friendly, courteous, we felt like they were friends working in our home! Nice couple guys! We won't need air for many years, but we will always refer you and would use you again in a heartbeat! Thank you Pharo!

All Pharo staff were professional with excellent communication from initial estimate to final install. Pharo replaced both our A/C and heating systems. Price was very fair and the quality of work by Ryan and Jeff exceeded our expectations.

09/14/2022 - Just an update to show their superior customer service. I inquired about a Fall furnace tune up. I worked with Annie and she asked a series of questions and determined that it was not necessary this year. These folks do right by their customers. Thanks again Pharo!

I want to give a shout-out to Pharo. These guys installed our heating/ac in our new Veridian build. I reached out to them after having an issue with the blower fan. We were past the one-year warranty so knew there would be a trip charge. The technician found the issue immediately and got us going. He also said this was an installation issue and we would not be charged. What a pleasant surprise and all they said, “it was the right thing to do.” We really appreciate when companies go that extra mile even though by policy, they certainly could have charged us.
