When my furnace started to make an undetermined noise while running late winter, it was recommended by Pharo that, after over 25 years, it was time to replace the furnace. I was very impressed at how helpful it was to learn about my options for replacement. I appreciated that there was no attempt to sell me a more than what I needed.
Den S and Jeff H installed the furnace. They were a delight to work with! They arrived on time, followed health safety protocols, were efficient, cleaned up before leaving, and were pleasant, gracious and helpful throughout the process. The company was excellent choice to work with.

I felt I was treated fairly and honestly. They installed an Aprilaire 600 humidifier that I bought and technician Scott replaced the 3 stainless steel burners that were failing to carryover flame causing furnace not to run properly.

I've used Pharo a couple of times to install heaters in various places and I've always been happy. Ryan and Ken recently installed a heater in my garage and were awesome. They did great work and did a wonderful job of instructing me on the system once they were done.

Ryan and Ryan were awesome replacing our 17 year old AC unit. They were on time and ready to go. It took less time than estimated as they are efficient. When they were done, everything was neat and clean. Thank you so much.

Clint was great to work with for a quote and was very straightforward with the process and what would work best for our house. Ryan and Jeff were the technicians who installed the new furnace and AC and they were excellent to work with. They were courteous and walked me through the new units once they were installed and took the time to make sure any question I had were answered.

Our A/C slowed up, we had a technician from Pharo that came to check it same day. Turns out our system had to be replaced. The team at Pharo has done an amazing job! They helped us through this process, Ryan and Jeff were here on time and got the job done faster than we expected, and my conversations with their office staff as we had questions or concerns were wonderful and made this really bad problem easier to bear!!

Our technicians Dennis and Parker were excellent. They were on time, kept us updated on their arrival time and were courteous and professional. Dennis noticed a problem with a previous furnace installation (not by Pharo) and fixed it free of charge. Pharo was responsive to our inquiry and quickly fit us into the schedule during a very busy period for them. We would highly recommend both Pharo and Dennis/Parker for you AC needs.

We called Pharo on Wednesday afternoon because our furnace was not working. They sent over a Tech and the furnace was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. The next day Ken R and Jeff H came over and installed a new furnace. They were very professional and excellent technicians. I highly recommend Pharo Heating and Cooling. In the spring we will be having them replace our Air Conditioner.
