Used for 2 years. Highly recommend. Honest, professional,reasonable. Furnace went down on a Friday. Installed by Ryan and Ryan first thing Monday. They were brilliant, efficient and kind.

Got an AC installed at my Home by Ryan and Kody. They did an amazing job. They came on time and did a great job. I can be very particular about home repairs and installs but they did an amazing and clean install of a new AC. Would recommend them to anyone how needs AC/Heating work and will be sure to use them every year with our maintenance

It was a great pleasure working with Pharo Heating & Cooling to install a new furnace and air conditioning system in my house recently. It was one of the best/worst experiences when my furnace gave out in a cold day. I called several contractors. Not only was Clint I talked to nice and courteous, he was also very professional and knowledgeable. Throughout the project, Clint was always personable, responsive, organized, thorough, flexible, and explained the issues and the resolutions clearly, and resolved them quickly. Ryan, Ken and Dennis arrived in a timely fashion, went right to work, and performed tasks with efficiency. They were so good with what they were doing, and went above and beyond to get the job done. They also explained how the system worked and how to maintain it ourselves in the future. The installation looks awesome and they cleaned everything up nicely before they left. I had some concerns about our primary bath's exhaust and our kitchen vent hood. Pharo came highly recommended from a friend in the local homebuilder industry. I connected with Dennis who scheduled an in-home consultation and he was both professional and honest. For the kitchen vent he could have convinced me that the problem I thought was happening was actually happening but instead suggested some small things I could do myself. For the bathrooms we moved forward with an exhaust replacement and new termination. His quotes were affordable and reasonable, something I was petrified would come in much higher. Pharo sent out a crew twice. Ryan, Jeff H, and Tarik were courteous and polite. They made sure they took off their shoes or wore booties, laid down fabric to walk on, etc. Jobs were completed quickly and looked great both inside and outside. I won't hesitate to call Pharo next time for anything HVAC related. Really glad we connected.

Pharo replaced my eighteen year old furnace and AC unit. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the process extremely easy. The install date was as projected. Ryan and Orin did a nice job of protecting the floors leading to the furnace, stayed quiet when passing by my office while I was working, and took time to walk through everything with me. I could kick myself for not switching to Pharo years ago for service and tune-up our HVAC system. We had a lot of "attitude" from another business that we used for years in Sun Prairie and it was time to find another company. When our entire heating and cooling system needed to be replaced, we had 3 companies bid the job. It turns out that Pharo offered the absolute best service at the lowest price. Clint came out and spent more time with us than any of the others. He asked great questions and designed a HVAC and furnace system for the size of our home. He didn't upsell- even talked us out of larger, more expensive units. Ryan and Scott were excellent and professional for the install of the new system with an air-purifier and everything has worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend Pharo to others for top-notch work at a great price. Even the follow-up with the office staff was exceptional. 10 STARS all around.

Technicians Ryan and Jeff were excellent. They were on time, polite, answered my questions, wore their masks, cleaned up after themselves, and were professional. I have used Pharo for the last 23 years and have always been happy with them.
