10-16-2019 We had are furnace and A/C replaced. The technicians( Jeff H and Chad) were nothing but professional and friendly. They took the time to explain and answer all our questions. The clean up was done to perfection. Highly recommend!

Ryan, Jeff, and Scott were prompt, professional, and tidy. The install was super clean and they left everything as clean and tidy as they found it. Clint in the office was also great to work with: very responsive, communicated proactively, and spent extra time tracking down equipment to suit our needs. We are very happy we worked with Pharo and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Jeff and Ryan C were awesome! They explained everything in detail. They arrived on time, were courteous and left our home looking good as new. I would highly recommend them and Pharo!

Ryan and Cody installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They protected the floors where they walked; reviewed the work done and went over thermostat operation and key things to know about furnace operation. We were very pleased that they were able to start work two days after we agreed on work to be done. We felt the cost of the work was very reasonable.We would highly recommend the company and the employees doing the work.

Professional service. Answered all my questions and promptly installed a new furnace in my mothers home. Every person I communicated with from Pharo was extremely helpful and pleasant. The technicians who installed my furnace, Jeff and Chris, went above and beyond making sure everything was done professionally and all my questions answered.

Our furnace went out on Tuesday morning. Called Pharo and they had someone here to look at it within an hour or so. Told us we needed a new one (current one is 21 yrs old). Scheduled us for Thursday morning and by noon we had heat again. They also gave us 2 electric heaters to use while we were waiting for the new furnace. Ryan the technician who installed the new furnace was great. Went straight to work, took steps to protect our carpeting and floors. When done, he left the furnace area cleaner then when he started. Ryan took the time to explain the new thermostat and how to get our rebate for a 100.00. I would recommend Pharo to everyone.

Pharo helped us so much when our furnace died on the coldest day of the year! They were very responsive and helpful. Jeff H, our technician, replaced our furnace quickly, explained how to use everything, and did an overall great job. We were very pleased with his work and our experience with Pharo overall and definitely recommend them!

Ryan and Ken were the technician's that came out to my home. They installed a gas heater in my garage and did an outstanding job. They went out of their way to hide the gas piping and make sure it looked as nice as possible. Pharo does a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about Pharo Heating & Cooling! Clint helped us out immensely in helping us get our new AC installed so we wouldn't pay the consequences too long in a hot summer. With an old furnace, we decided to replace both and our install team was fantastic. Ryan & Orin were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. They did an excellent job walking us through operating our new units and were incredibly helpful overall. Thank you!

We were on vacation in Florida when our furnace went out. They showed up immediately and confirmed that our furnace was in need of replacement. They did an incredible job and saved the day. Thanks Chad and Finn.
