Ryan and Jeff were on time, careful in keeping the house clean, worked quickly and explained the system to me when they were done. Talked about things to look for and gave me a few tips and tricks to check if something went wrong with the system. Great work! Also, good response on quoting me the new furnace, setting up the time and meeting all expectations before the install. Price exactly what was quoted. That price was $500 less than other quotes we got. So far, so great!

Dennis and Derek are one of many employees at Pharo Heating that I have worked with. They always call on their way and are able to replace an ac in a couple hours after arriving. I can tell both guys really enjoy what they do and the finished product shows their knowledge and professionalism are top notch. We had our 23-year-old Bryant furnace and air conditioner replaced by Pharo Heating and Cooling on 12-14-2021. The Bryant replacement units were installed by Pharo technicians Ryan and Ken. We are very pleased with the work they performed and would not hesitate to recommend Pharo to anyone who is considering the purchase of Bryant heating and/or cooling products.

I am sending this review for my Mom, she had an estimate done by Clint during the summer of 2019 for the replacement of her furnace and AC unit. The furnace gave out in February, Pharo sent Dennis and Scott to install a new unit the same day. They worked very diligently that afternoon. She was so impressed with their efforts that she baked them a large batch of homemade dinner rolls to take back to their office. She was very grateful to have heat back on the same day and has recommended them to her friends and neighbors. Pharo has honest pricing and prompt professional service when you need it most.

I need a new furnace so I wanted to get 3 bids from different heating contractors that had positive reviews. All three contractors installation cost were very competitive. I chose Pharo heating for two reasons the service manager Dennis arrived to bid the job and was very detailed oriented and said he more than 30 years of experience installing residential heating and cooling systems. He told me that the current furnace return duct was improperly installed into the back of the furnace and wasn't to code. He when to work measuring duct work and making calculations and came up with plan that would work in the tight space. He showed me two furnaces and said he would email me the quote. I checked more reviews and they had more positive review than the other two contractors so went with Pharo. On the day of the installation the installers were right on time and went work covering the floors before removing the old furnace and duct work. During the install I had chance to talked with the guys and watch the process and all the the prefabricated ductwork fit like a glove. The duct work, electrical and gas piping looks great and they did did a great job cleaning up. Ryan and Cody did and great job and I'm very detailed oriented person and I would recommend Pharo to family and friends.

Jeff H and Cody P were excellent technicians. They were on time and did an excellent job. We had our furnace and AC replaced and well as a new thermostat. They explained the process well. I would recommend POharo to anyone needing service.

Everyone at Pharo provided great service. Ryan and Chad did an excellent job putting in two new furnaces at my home. They spent a lot of time explaining the new system, made sure my nest worked, and cleaned up after all the work. Highly recommend Pharo, especially Ryan and Chad.
