When we decided to replace our furnace and A/C, Clint did a great job helping us determine what we needed. On the day of installation Ryan and Derek did an excellent job of replacing our furnace and A/C. They also installed my ecobee thermostat for me and answered all our questions. When they left everything was clean and back to normal.

Pharo Heating and Cooling has done an excellent job through the years maintaining our home's original HVAC system and it was no surprise that they offered the same great work and value when the system needed replacement. Both Ryan and Derek were very pleasant and efficient, and were very neat in ensuring that the Wisconsin snow stayed outside where it belongs.

Pharo did the install on my home for both heating and ac based on who the builder at the time was using. I have been very disappointed by the service and the quality of the work they do. Unlike other companies in the Madison area, they do not register any of the parts, so make sure you as a homeowner do this or your units will not have the proper warranty on them. Also, make sure to check your units upon install to make sure everything was installed properly and to the manufacturer levels. I would not recommend using this company now or ever in the future. My experience with them has been very low and I will pass along my experience to all friends, family and any other home owners to let them know not to use Pharo Heating and Cooling.

Clint Pharo was professional and friendly when he came to give us an estimate for a new air conditioner and his company won out over three others. Pharo's estimate gave us the best value for the money. Dennis and Nolan, the installers, were fast, effiecient and very careful to make sure the house would stay clean as they worked and the unit positioned outside where we wanted it. Highly recommend Pharo Heating & Cooling!

I am super pleased with Pharo Heating's service! Our furnace went out in December and Clint's responsiveness and ability to get us quotes and schedule it to be replaced in a timely fashion exceeded my expectations. Then on the day of the install Jeff and Cody did a great job explaining what they were doing, their timeframe, and everything. Couldn't be happier with their service!

After 20 years, our heating unit failed. Pharo was quick to respond. Pharo was actually the most reasonable cost wise. We got bids from two other outfits. We were able to purchase the two stage energy efficient unit with smart thermostat -compared to conventional heating units by other vendors. We were informed on the rebates and specials- not high pressure.
Jeff H. and DJ, our installers- were professional, courteous, arrived on time, had drop cloths on the floor and were spot on with the window of time they needed for the install. They were also kind to our quirky dog. They worked with our unconventional schedule. Nice to wake up to a warm house and a super quiet unit- Thanks guys!

Ryan and Seth were incredible! They got here at the promised time. They were incredibly efficient—the whole job was done in three hours! Both were friendly and very personable. Everything works great and they cleaned up after themselves completely.

I had great customer service with scheduling my install...always kept me informed and were flexible with my schedule. The installers Jeff H and Cody P were fantastic, did a great job and clean up. Jeff H was especially knowledgeable and personabl. He took the time to walk me through the install and answer all my questions. I hope Pharo's follow up service is as great....based on the install I should have little to worry about.
