Working with Stramowski is great! We are on their annual maintenance plan where they contact us to schedule PM service on our furnace and ac. This is great because with busy schedules, we tend to forget. The technicians are experienced. We could not be happier. We are fairly new customers of Stramowski but will be long time customers.

The annuall service for my furnace was excellent. The service man was very knowledgeable of the system, tested everything, also cleaned and flushed lines. He also made sure the burner was working efficiently as required. Always friendly, again top notch service. Thanks Again

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Stramowski heating from beginning to end. Jessica was very polite and professional when I called to schedule an AC tune up appointment, as well as during appointment reminder and invoicing. She explained the entire process and pricing ahead of time. Our tech was Kyle and he was on time, courteous and very professional. He did an excellent job explaining everything he was doing for us and what was needed to be done to fix our AC cooling. Kyle gave us options and recommendations based on his findings which included all pricing. We strongly recommend Stramowski and will forever be a customer. Technician called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.
Spent almost an hour going over A/C and Heating system. Showed me a part that was starting to fail on A/C and replaced it to avoid an emergency call at a later date. He also cleaned coils on A/C so it runs quietly and efficiently. Overall, the technician was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I would definitely recommend

Set up an appointment last week for a consultation this past Tuesday. The representative was a no call no show. We called them to find the rep double booked themselves. Arranged for them to come the following day, again, no call no show.

I called to have a refund issued and was told their “system doesn’t allow that” and they would send me a check. As their previous service has proven unreliable I told them that was unacceptable, and I would issue a chargeback with my credit card company. Who can take a credit card payment but not refund one? Ridiculous.

Terrible service and attention to a customer.

Have used this company for years for my annual service on furnace & AC unit. Technicians are always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and address any concerns I have. They never try selling me anything and take the time to review services done and ways to keep my units running properly.

I've used Stramowski Heating for many years for apartments with various heating systems. I was the customer for recent work that the tenant was unhappy about in her review. I found their work to be just as professional and thorough as ever and as always highly recommend them for all your heating needs.

Had my furnace stop working, technician came out in a timely fashion. The tech was awesome and quickly diagnosed the problem. Had to order a new part, received it the next day and the furnace operates like new again. We use Stramowski for all our HVAC needs! Great company to do buisness with. Polite, curious and honest. I highly recommend!
